摘要：目的 分析肝阳上亢型无先兆偏头痛患者应用头颈部推拿治疗的效果。方法 将本院在2018年1月至2020年12月期间诊治的70例肝阳上亢型无先兆偏头痛患者作为对象，按照随机单盲法分组，每组35例，对照组为常规西药治疗，观察组联合头颈部推拿治疗，分析效果。结果 观察组大脑中动脉、后动脉、前动脉血流速度较对照组低，治疗有效率较对照组高，差异显著（P<0.05）。结论 头颈部推拿在治疗肝阳上亢型无先兆偏头痛中效果比较明显，改善脑部血流情况，要重视。

[Abstract]Objective To analyze the effect of head and neck massage on migraine without aura of hyperactivity of liver yang. Methods 70 patients with migraine without aura of hyperactivity of liver Yang in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were randomly divided into two groups，35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine，and the observation group was treated with head and neck massage. Results the blood flow velocity of middle cerebral artery，posterior cerebral artery and anterior cerebral artery in the observation group was lower than that in the control group，and the effective rate was higher than that in the control group，with significant difference（P < 0.05）. Conclusion the effect of head and neck massage in the treatment of migraine without aura of hyperactivity of liver Yang is obvious. It is necessary to pay attention to the improvement of cerebral blood flow.

偏頭痛是临床常见的神经内科疾病，主要有先兆（经典型）、无先兆（普通型）两种，该疾病为反复发作的特征，在愈合上难度较高，在临床调查中发现，偏头痛患病率在流行疾病中排名第三位【1】。对于该疾病的研究仍在进行，导致疾病发生的原因并不明确，与患者的三叉神经血管可能存在关系，在发病时，对患者的正常生活等都会产生较大的影响，对患者来说不利【2】。在治疗疾病中，西药为主要方法，在服药后，对疾病控制明显，但是在治疗之后，存在复发的情况，对患者不利【3】。中医对偏头痛的研究经验丰富，头颈部推拿是治疗疾病的主要方法，在治疗中，对头部血运改善，加快疾病的恢复速度【4】。本课题分析头颈部推拿在治疗肝阳上亢型无先兆偏头痛的效果，资料如下：

1.1资料

随机选择本院在2018年1月至2020年12月期间诊治的肝阳上亢型无先兆偏头痛患者70例进行研究，随机单盲法分组，每组35例，对照组：男性、女性各18、17例，年龄范围在21-72岁，均值年龄（45.5±5.8）岁;观察组：男性、女性各19、16例，年龄范围在22-71岁，均值年龄（45.3±5.9）岁，研究资料对比，无显著差异（P>0.05）。选……
