【摘 要】 目的：通过品管圈活动提高门诊中药代煎率，有效提升门诊中药房工作效率。方法：以“提高门诊中药代煎率”为主题，在我院门诊中药房开展品管圈活动，并评价该活动的成果。结果：通过活动拟定四大对策：侯药窗口增加代煎宣传牌;在中医科发放代煎宣传单;在医院公众号推送文章进行代煎宣传;住院代煎中药加贴热敏纸标签。有形成果方面，门诊中药代煎率由改善前的34.84%提高至44.35%，目标达成率为108.8%;无形成果方面，全体圈员在解决问题、自信心、团队凝聚力等方面均呈正向增长。结论：在门诊中药房开展品管圈活动效果良好，值得推广。

Abstract：Objective Through quality control circle activities， the rate of substitute decoction of Chinese medicine in outpatient clinics is increased， and the work efficiency of outpatient Chinese pharmacy is effectively improved.Methods With the theme of "improving the rate of substitute decoction of Chinese medicines in outpatient clinics"， we carried out quality control circle activities in the outpatient Chinese pharmacies of our hospital and evaluated the results of the activities.Results Four major countermeasures were formulated through the activity： Adding a decoction billboard at the waiting area; Distributing a decoction leaflet in the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine; Pushing articles on the official account of the hospital for promotion of decoction; Decoction of Chinese medicine for hospitalization with thermal paper label.In terms of tangible results， the rate of outpatient decoction of traditional Chinese medicine has increased from 34.84% before improvement to 44.35%， and the target achievement rate is 108.8%; In terms of intangible results， all members in the circle have shown positive growth in problem solving， self-confidence， team cohesion， etc.The score in this area has been significantly improved.Conclusion The quality control circle activities carried out in outpatient Chinese pharmacies have achieved good results and are worthy of promotion.

品質管理圈（Quality control circle，QCC）[1]简称品管圈是由日本石川博士在1962年创立的活动[2]，是工作性质相似的人，自动自发共同组成1个3～15人的圈，运用品管圈七大手法、十大步骤进行QCC活动。该活动可以激发个人潜力，凝聚团体力量，解决现存问题。QCC活动可以让大家学习到如何找出问题、解决问题和保持成果[3]。

现代快节奏的生活与中药煎煮的费时费力相互矛盾，而且很多人缺乏中药煎煮的知识。代煎中药凭借剂量准确、浓度均匀、易于保存、方便携带的优点深受患者的青睐。目前，我院中药房工作量日益增长，仅2020年5月的门诊工作量就比去年同期增长了29.45%，然而5月的门诊代煎率还不足35%。为提高门诊中药房工作效率，我院中药房小组于2020年4～9月开展主题为“提高门诊中药代煎率”的QCC活动，成果如下。……
