【摘 要】 目的：研究中药配方颗粒制备四黄散敷贴工艺。方法：对四黄散敷贴的赋形剂进行初筛，再以感官指标评分为指标，对敷贴配方进行正交实验优化。 结果：四黄散敷贴最佳配比为中药配方颗粒60%，姜汁25%，凡士林10%，二氧化硅5%，经三批验证按此配方制备得到敷贴感官指标符合要求，盐酸小檗碱含量相近，工艺制备过程含量损失较小。结论：筛选得到的三种赋形剂价格便宜，易得且能符合药用要求，建立的中药配方颗粒制备四黄散工艺简便，质量稳定，感观指标符合要求。

Abstract：Objective To study the preparation process of Sihuang Powder with traditional Chinese medicine formula granules. Methods The excipients of Sihuang Powder were screened and the sensory index score was used to optimize the formula. Results The optimum ratio of Sihuang Powder was 60%Chinese medicine formula granules，25% ginger juice，10% vaseline and 5% silica . The sensory indexes of the application were obtained by three batches of verification.The content of berberine hydrochloride was similar， and the loss of process preparation process content was small. Conclusion The three excipients selected in this experiment are cheap， easy to obtain and can meet the requirements of medicine. The preparation process of Sihuang Powder with traditional Chinese medicine formula granules is simple， the quality is stable， and the sensory indexes meet the requirements.

中药贴敷剂是一种以治病防病为目标的特色技术方法，其原理是利用中药的特殊药性，在相应穴位上进行药物贴敷，从而达到内病外治，祛邪散寒，调节脏腑阴阳平衡作用。中药贴敷剂也叫“冬病夏治穴位贴”或“三伏贴”，在临床上由于病证不同，时令季节不同，应用时会存在多种组方和经络腧穴上的变化，反映了中医药因时治宜的治疗特点。目前已广泛应用于支气管哮喘、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、变应性鼻炎、慢性支气管炎、冠心病、骨关节炎、颈椎病，小儿呼吸道感染、肺炎等疾病的治疗[1]。

中药敷贴剂主要采用中药饮片为原料，经粉碎或捣烂（提取），再加赋形剂成型而成。随着中药现代化的发展，目前已有采用中药配方颗粒做为原料制成中药敷贴剂的报道[2]。中药配方颗粒是一种采用水提，以物理方法固液分离、浓缩、干燥、制粒制备而成的颗粒剂。……
