摘 要：為了揭示黄河流域高质量发展的时空演进规律及内在机制，给黄河流域高质量发展提供政策参考，以黄河流域九省（区）为研究对象，基于高质量发展的创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享等五大发展理念，构建多维度引力熵模型，运用社会网络分析方法，从网络密度、点度中心性及块模型3个方面，对2008—2017年黄河流域高质量发展网络的结构特征进行了分析。结果表明：山东、陕西、四川、河南等4省有较大的中心控制力，属于高质量发展双向溢出模块，对其他省份的外部溢出效应明显，对提升黄河流域整体高质量发展水平具有较强的动力;山西省是连接上游与下游的重要省份，但研究时段内高质量发展水平一般，未来应积极推进技术创新体系建设、加大产学研力度、积极开发和使用新能源，实现绿色发展，增强在黄河流域高质量发展中的桥梁作用;内蒙古、宁夏、甘肃、青海等四省（区）在研究时段内创新、协调、绿色、共享层面的指标有小幅提升，但外贸依存度有所下降、开放程度有所降低，未来应进一步提高对外开放程度，引进和培育高技术人才，提升核心竞争力，提高高质量发展水平。

Abstract：In order to reveal the spatial and temporal evolution and internal mechanism of high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin， and to provide policy reference for the high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin， taking nine provinces （regions） of the Yellow River Basin as the research object， based on the five development concepts of innovation， coordination， green， opening and sharing of high-quality development， the multi-dimensional gravitational entropy model was constructed. The paper analyzed the structural characteristics of high-quality development network in the Yellow River Basin from 2008 to 2017 from three aspects of network density， degree centrality and block model by Social Network Analysis method. The results show that Shandong， Shaanxi， Sichuan and Henan provinces have a large central control power， which belongs to the bidirectional overflow module of high-quality development， and have obvious external spillover effect on other provinces （regions）， It has a strong motive force for improving the overall high quality development level of the Yellow River Basin; Shanxi Province is an important province connecting the upstream and the downstream. However， the high-quality development level of Shanxi Province is not high in the research period. In the future， we should actively promote the construction of technological innovation system， increase the strength of production， study and research， actively develop and use new energy， realize green development and strengthen the bridge role in the high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin; The indicators of innovation， coordination， green and sharing have been improved in four provinces （regions） including Inner Mongolia， Ningxia， Gansu and Qinghai， but the dependence on foreign trade has decreased and the degree of openness has been reduced. In the future， the degree of opening should be further expanded， high-tech talents should be introduced and cultivated， core competitiveness and high-quality development level should be improved.
