[摘    要 ]集中器是用来采集电能数据的终端设备，通过移动网络将数据传回采集系统，用于电能监测、分析、研判。目前路桥公司共有集中器81332只，其中采用2G网络的集中器共有22838只。随着国家对移动网络升级改造，台州各网络运营商计划分批将2G通信网络退出运营。这意味着22838只集中器全部淘汰，而这将是一大笔支出。针对以上问题，文章提出了不更换集中器仅升级集中器通信网络模块的方案。

[Abstract]A concentrator is a terminal device used to collect electrical energy data， which transmits data back to the acquisition system through a mobile network for electrical energy monitoring， analysis， and judgment. At present， Luqiao Company has a total of 81，332 concentrators， of which 22，838 concentrators using 2G networks. As the country upgrades and transforms mobile networks， network operators in Taizhou plan to phase out 2G communication networks from operation. This means that 22，838 concentrators are all eliminated， and this will be a large expenditure. In response to the above problems， the team proposed a plan to upgrade the communication network module of the concentrator without replacing the concentrator.

1 需求分析

隨着国家通信网络的战略升级，2G网络即将退出历史舞台，目前在用的大批仅支持2G网络的老款集中器也面临被淘汰的命运，这将使供电企业产生一大笔支出，经计算路桥公司需更换数量为22838，按每只集中器省公司中标价格450元，材料成本费用1027万元。需求分析如表1。

随着国家通信网络的战略升级，2G网络将逐步淘汰。 公司集中器需转型升级。

路桥公司目前在用的2G集中器有22838只，这一批集中器需淘汰。 需提供将1027万元资金用于升级集中器。 经计算需安排3787多工时进行集中器更换及后台调试。 降低这批集中器升级的成本。 单独更换集中器通信模块，降低升级成本。

路桥公司目前在用2G集中器有22838只。全部更换这批2G集中器，材料成本：按集中器450元成本计算，成本为1027.71万元;人工成本;集中器更换需2人进行，加上后台调试，更换1个集中器平均耗时39.8 min。经过计算22838只集中器全部更……
