[摘    要 ]自从我国实施改革开放政策以来，社会经济发展呈现出迅速增长的趋势，但是这些增长在一定程度上都是通过大量的投入资金、劳动力、自然资源等生产要素才得以实现的。现阶段我国工业领域中在世界竞争中占有一席之地的大多都不是具有高精尖特点的机械装备行业，而是造船、铁路车辆、集装箱、工程机械等运输设备领域;工业领域所需要的精密数控机床、高档轻工设备、高端冶金化工能源设备等大多都需要从国外进口。我国工业领域在未来发展的方向和趋势是工业化从初级层面向着纵深层面发展，从大规模投资的粗放式增长向技术创新的产业升级方面发展。

[Abstract]Since my country implemented the reform and opening policy， social and economic development has shown a trend of rapid growth， but to a certain extent， these growths have been achieved through a large amount of investment in capital， labor， natural resources and other production factors. At this stage， most of my country's industrial fields that have a place in the world competition are not the machinery and equipment industries with high-precision characteristics， but the transportation equipment fields such as shipbuilding， railway vehicles， containers， and construction machinery; precision CNC machine tools required by the industrial field Most of the high-end light industrial equipment， high-end metallurgical and chemical energy equipment， etc. need to be imported from abroad. The direction and trend of the future development of my country's industrial field is that industrialization develops from the primary level to the in-depth level， from the extensive growth of large-scale investment to the industrial upgrading of technological innovation.

新时期世界范围都在大力地发展智能科技，这也促使智能化技术被广泛地应用于各个行业和领域，同样我国在工业领域内也在大力地应用和发展智能化仪器仪表。现代化、自动化、智能化的仪器仪表指的是在仪器仪表中综合、大规模应用集成电路技术、微处理器技术、通信技术等多种技术，目的是达到仪器仪表能够实现处理功能的自动化和智能化。仪器仪表智能化、自动化主要目的是在对输入信号（如温度、压强等）进行处理和补偿的过程中实现更好的管理和控制，从而能够实现对工业生产过程中控制系统所出现的系统危险进行有效地分散，达到使用功能逐渐增加的目的。……
