[摘    要 ]在新能源不断发展的今天，机电设备被广泛应用于各行各业之中，促进生产力提升与生活条件改善。现阶段电除尘设备被应用于建材、化工、造纸、化工、有色冶金、燃煤电厂等多个领域，成效显著、收获颇丰。对烟气颗粒物控制设备进行概述，以布袋式除尘设备为例进行探究，从操作步骤到问题到技术发展进行解析论述，希望对相关工作者有所帮助。

[Abstract]With the continuous development of new energy， mechanical and electrical equipment is widely used in all walks of life to promote productivity and living conditions. At present， esp equipment has been applied in building materials， chemical industry， papermaking， chemical industry， non-ferrous metallurgy， coal-fired power plant and other fields， with remarkable results and fruitful results. This paper gives a brief overview of the flue gas particulate matter control equipment， and takes the bag type dust removal equipment as an example to explore in detail， from the operation steps to the problems to the technical development， hoping to help the relevant workers.

1 電除尘设备的类型与特性研究

从字面意义上来说，除尘设备就是用来除去尘埃的，其通过有效控制污染源起到保护环境与大气的效果，在实际应用的过程中，根据设备运行机理的不同，除尘设备可分为用被清除物本身重力除尘，像旋风除尘器、沉降室;用高压静电场力来除尘的高压静电除尘器;用水进行除尘的湿式除尘器;用过滤材料除尘的袋式除尘器、过滤式除尘器等。

1.1 旋风除尘器

这种除尘器的工作机理就是将含有尘埃的气体吸入后在其内部做旋转运动，这样颗粒物就会在离心力的作用下被甩飞到外壁上，从而达到气固分离的净化效果。旋风除尘器的内部构造并不复杂，往往是由铁板焊接而成，其中并未设置运动部件，加工方便、造价低。在使用过程中其耐高温、对高浓度粉尘的处理效果好等优势被彰显的淋漓尽致，给人安全、便利、操作简单的良好印象，其目前已被积极应用于小型锅炉烟尘污染治理中，也可参与到高浓度含尘气体初级净化阶段。……
