[摘    要 ]某电厂300 MW机组化学除盐水泵在运行中出现异音和振动，应用振动诊断技术进行诊断分析并结合现场实际情况，准确判断引起设备异常的原因是由于除盐水泵驱动端轴承与支架连接螺栓松动，立即联系检修及时进行了有针对性的处理，避免了设备故障进一步扩大及更换轴承的过度检修，避免设备损坏及停运，同时缩短检修时间，节约了检修成本。

[Abstract]The chemical desalinated water pump of a 300 MW unit in a power plant has abnormal noise and vibration during operation. The vibration diagnosis technology is used for diagnosis and analysis and combined with the actual situation on the spot. It is accurately determined that the cause of the equipment abnormality is due to the connection of the drive end bearing of the desalted water pump to the bracket. If the bolts are loose， contact the maintenance immediately and carry out targeted treatment in time， avoiding the further expansion of equipment failure and excessive maintenance of replacing bearings， avoiding equipment damage and outage， and shortening the maintenance time and saving maintenance costs.

1 設备概况

某公司电厂3期#4、#5机组为装机容量300MW的双水内冷火电机组，分别于2009年7月、2010年4月投产发电，配备了3台除盐水泵向#4、#5机组储备水箱、尿素脱硝系统供水，以保证凝汽器、真空泵、发电机定、转子水箱的正常水位和脱硝系统的正常运行。对机组安全稳定、经济环保运行至关重要。

除盐水泵由大连双龙泵业有限公司生产：悬臂式、卧式离心泵，泵型号为CH65—200 A，额定流量为100 t/h，扬程：55 m，滚动轴承支撑，轴承型号：SKF6308。配套电机由湘潭电机厂生产，型号为Y200L1-2，额定转速2950 r/min，功率30 kW，额定电流56.9 A，轴承型号：SKF6312。电机和泵通过绕性梅花联轴器连接。

2 故障现象

2019年5月25日15：10，精密点检人员在对#2除盐水泵进行定期监测工作时，发现泵声音异常且振动偏大，轴承温度正常，用TRIOTMCX10振动数据采集仪采集振动信号。

2.1 泵驱动端

轴承频谱中竖直、水平、轴向3个方向都是1X、2X占主要分量，振动幅值很大，特别是水平方向2X，最高达12 mm/s，竖直、水平方向1X振动幅值分别达到7.8 mm/s、10.6 mm/s，垂直、水平、轴向振动通频值分别达到9.3 mm/s、17.7 mm/s、6.2 mm/s，均超过危急值7.1 mm/s。……
