[摘    要 ]地铁在城市建设工作中占据着极为重要的地位，能够切实促进我国交通行业的顺利发展，促使经济建设工作在实施过程中获得长足的进步。不仅如此，人们的出行安全性也能够在良好的地铁运营环境中得到有效保障。地铁运营领域工作人员在执行各项工作的时候应该进行多角度地思考，将宝贵的工作经验与崭新服务理念紧密融合，让地铁交通工作在投入使用时可以为社会提供更为便捷高效的服务。同时，地铁行业各项工作的顺利实施同样需要高质量设备的支持，这样才能够从根本上保证各项工作在实施过程中获得更高的质量，只有切实维护好硬件设施的完善才能够顺利完成后续的各项工作。本文对现阶段地铁设备的维护工作实施方式进行了分析和总结，并提出一些切实可行维护方式，旨在帮助更多相关工作人员在实施工作的时候具备更多方面的思路和更高的质量。

[Abstract]Subway plays a very important role in urban construction， which can effectively promote the smooth development of China's transportation industry and make great progress in the implementation of economic construction. Not only that， people's travel safety can also be effectively guaranteed in a good subway operation environment. Improve the quality of life of the people. The staff in the field of subway operation should think from multiple perspectives when carrying out various tasks， and closely integrate the valuable work experience and new service concept， so that the subway transportation work can provide more convenient and efficient services for the society when it is put into use. At the same time， the smooth implementation of the work of the subway industry also needs the support of high-quality equipment， so as to fundamentally ensure the higher quality of the work in the implementation process. Only by effectively maintaining the improvement of hardware facilities can the follow-up work be successfully completed. This paper analyzes and summarizes the implementation methods of subway equipment maintenance at the present stage， and puts forward some feasible maintenance methods， aiming to help more relevant staff have more ideas and higher quality in the implementation of work.
