[摘    要 ]当前，国内经济呈现出较快发展趋势，科技水平提高，一些更为先进的技术开始在各个行业领域中得到应用，这就使得技术局限被真正打破。进入信息时代，技术发展速度持续加快，其自动化、智能化程度大幅提高。从机械加工制造行业来说，加工作业的精密性是非常高的，确保选用的技术更为先进方可使机械加工制造的精度明显提升，误差能够控制在最小范围内，产品质量切实保证。为了使得机械加工制造真正保持稳健发展，必须要对自动化技术予以充分应用。针对机械加工制造过程中如何合理应用自动化技术展开全面分析，以期使其发展更为稳健。

[Abstract]In the current period， the domestic economy presents a rapid development trend， the level of science and technology has also improved a lot， some more advanced technology began to be applied in various industries， which makes the technical limitations really broken. After entering the information age， the speed of technology development continues to accelerate， and the degree of automation and intelligence is greatly improved. From the mechanical processing and manufacturing industry， the precision of processing operation is very high. To ensure that the selected technology is more advanced， the precision of mechanical processing and manufacturing can be significantly improved， the error can be controlled in the minimum range， and the product quality can be guaranteed. In order to maintain the steady development of machining manufacturing， automation technology must be fully applied. This paper mainly analyzes how to reasonably apply automation technology in the process of machining and manufacturing， in order to make its development more robust.

1 机械加工制造与自动化概述

在现代社会经济发展速度持续加快之际，机械加工制造行业的受重视程度大幅提高，这就为自动化技术的应用提供了坚实的基础。分析机械加工制造业的现状可知，精度方面的要求是较高的，将自动化技术予以充分应用可以使得智能化有明显提升。从传统机械加工制造来看，人力因素是不可忽视的，通过自动化技术可减少人力资源的应用，加工的效率、质量就会有大幅提高，尤其是能够使得整体水平达到新的高度。另外来说，为了使得自动化技术的应用效果更为理想，除了要保证机械运行更为稳定，同时要提升加工稳定性。现阶段，自动化技术已经得到普遍应用，其对机械加工制造产生的促进作用是较大的，并保证自动化程度有大幅提高，而这就为机械加工制造行业的长远发展奠定了坚实的基础。……
