[摘    要 ]SF33900型矿用卡车由湖南湘电集团生产，是黑岱沟露天矿的主要运输设备之一，SF33900电动轮自卸卡车以其效率高、运量大、灵活性强、经济性好而成为大型露天矿运输的理想设备。SF33900卡车举升系统由变量柱塞泵和叶片泵串联的组合油泵、举升控制开关、举升控制集成阀、平衡阀、举升油缸等组成。这些部件如果出现故障都会导致卡车举升系统发生故障。基于此，分析相关问题，以供参考。

[Abstract]Sf33900 mining truck， produced by Hunan Xiangdian group， is one of the main transportation equipment in Heidaigou open pit mine. Sf33900 electric wheel dump truck has become the ideal equipment for large open pit mine transportation because of its high efficiency， large capacity， strong flexibility and good economy. Sf33900 truck lifting system is composed of variable piston pump and vane pump series combination oil pump， lifting control switch， lifting control integrated valve， balance valve， lifting cylinder， etc. If these components fail， it will lead to the failure of the truck lifting system. Based on this， this paper analyzes the related problems for reference.

本文主要對SF33900卡车举升系统进行简单介绍，然后对卡车不举升（举升缓慢）、举升时液压油温升高、设备举升报警灯常亮3个发生率较高的故障进行分析，总结出故障排除的方案。

1 举升系统介绍

SF33900卡车举升系统主要由变量柱塞泵（转向泵）和叶片泵（举升泵）串联的组合油泵、举升控制开关、举升控制集成阀、平衡阀、举升油缸等组成。

举升系统采用双泵合流回路，举升时液压系统中除使用举升油泵（叶片泵）外，还将转向变量柱塞泵的输出的压力油通过举升控制集成阀并联到举升液压油路中去，以增加压力油的流量，缩短举升时间。组合油泵由卡车动力总成通过传动轴带动。

SF33900举升控制开关位于司机室内，由挡位组合开关和拨杆所组成，当驾驶员拨动拨杆到迫降位、浮动位、保持位、举升位4个挡位的任意一个挡位时，都有相应的开关闭合或断开。通过电信号控制举升控制集成阀的先导电磁换向阀来控制举升油缸的4个工动作。……
