【摘    要】在幼儿教育工作中，对幼儿进行能力的培养与提升、激发幼儿学习兴趣是幼儿教育工作的重点目标。在当下的幼儿园教育教学工作中，人们对于幼儿的兴趣培养高度重视，因此尝试在教学的过程中采用游戏化教学，提高幼儿教学的质量和效率，促进幼儿的身心健康成长。本文将立足于幼儿教学的现状，根据幼儿实际发展特点，浅要探讨如何在幼儿教学中引入游戏化元素，以期促进幼儿教学的高效发展，实现幼儿的全面发展。

Research on the Application of Game Teaching in Kindergarten Teaching

【Abstract】In the work of early childhood education， it is the key goal of early childhood education to cultivate and improve the abilities of young children and stimulate their interest in learning. In the current kindergarten education and teaching work， people attach great importance to the cultivation of children's interest， so they try to use game-based teaching in the teaching process to improve the quality and efficiency of children's teaching， and promote the healthy growth of children's body and mind. This article will be based on the status quo of children's teaching and have more characteristics of children's actual development. It will discuss how to introduce game-oriented elements in children's teaching， in order to promote the efficient development of children's teaching and realize the all-round development of children.

随着社会的快速发展，未来社会对于人才的培养工作提出了新的要求。在这一要求下，幼儿教育教学工作受到了人们的高度重视，同时也受到了社会各界的持续关注。在当下的幼儿教育教学工作中，对幼儿进行兴趣的培养是重要的教学内容，同时也是目前幼儿教育的初级教育目标。通过在日常的教学过程中应用游戏化教学，能够有效提高幼儿的学习兴趣，促进幼儿的身心健康发展，为幼儿未来的学习与发展奠定良好的兴趣基础。

一、游戏化教学的意义

（一）激发学习兴趣

在进行幼儿教育工作开展的过程中，对幼儿进行游戏化教学法的应用，能够有效提高幼儿的学习兴趣，有利于幼儿身心的健康成长。幼儿教师通过游戏教学法的应用，使幼儿参与到创设游戏游戏的过程中，能够有效提高幼儿的课堂参与度。……
