【摘    要】在现代教育强调以人为本理念的背景下，小学班主任应尊重学生的个性特点，关注学生的发展潜能，为学生的成长创造良好的条件。本文从以人为本理念融入教育管理的背景出发，从确定教育管理目标、加强班级组织建设、完善班级管理规范、丰富班级文化活动、完善班级管理评价等角度出发，分析以人为本教育管理的实践策略，希望给小学生的全面发展提供参考。

People-oriented Concept

【Abstract】Under the background of modern education emphasizing the people-oriented concept， the primary school head teacher should respect the personality characteristics of the students， pay attention to the development potential of the students， and create good conditions for the growth of the students. Starting from the background of integrating people-oriented concepts into education management， this article analyzes the practical strategies of people-oriented education management from the perspectives of determining educational management goals， strengthening class organization construction， improving class management standards， enriching class cultural activities， and improving class management evaluation. Provide reference for the overall development of primary school students.

一、基于以人为本理念，确定教育管理目标

在以人为本理念的指导下，小学班主任在确定教育管理目标的过程中应重视以下几点：

第一，注重学生的客观实际。小学生仅仅是一名普通的学生，他们有无限的发展可能，但是这需要不断挖掘和引导，而这一过程是漫长且曲折的。因此，班主任应敢于承认学生的平凡和普通，设计切实贴合学生客观实际的目标，避免用理想的框架过度拔高，这样才能让学生在目标的引导下循序渐进地发展。

第二，注重目标的多元性。小学生的个性特征不同，虽然为每一个学生设计一个目标的行为缺乏可操作性，但是班主任也应尽量满足学生的个性发展需要，设计多元化的目标导向，让学生能够在契合自身实际的目标中获得成长的动力。

第三，注重个体目标与集体目标的协调。以人为本不仅强调个体的发展，也强调人的共同发展。因此，班主任应注重协调学生个体与班集体之间的关系，通过学生的讨论、参与，设计切实可行的个体目标与集体目标，为学生发展提供人性化指导。……
