摘 要：以《黑图档·嘉庆朝》内的盛京刑部档案为研究对象，对其史料价值进行讨论，认为其可以作为研究清代盛京刑部的宝贵的第一手史料、研究清代司法部门实践的参考来源、研究清代咨文在司法实践中使用情况的重要文本、研究清代旗人司法特权的生动案例及研究清代社會生活的重要材料。

Analysis on the historical value of the Archives Form by the Ministy of Justice in Shengjing： Based on Hetu Dangse of Jiaqing Period

Abstract：Taking the archives form by the Ministy of Justice in Shengjing in Hetu Dangse of Jiaqing Period as the research source and discussing the historical value， we think it has precious historical value. It can be used as the most valuable first-hand historical materials for studying the ministy of justice in Shengjing， a reference source for studying the practice of the judiciary ， an important text for studying the use of official documents in judicial practice， and a vivid study of the judicial privileges of the bannermen and the important materials for studying social life in the Qing Dynasty.

《黑图档》是清代盛京内务府的公文抄存档案，是盛京内务府在处理各项事务过程中与其他部门往来的真实的历史记录。其中的盛京刑部档案不仅是清代地方司法活动的真实记录，更是清代社会生活的生动写照。盛京刑部在清代区域治理体系中的重要地位，使得这部分档案更加珍贵。《黑图档·嘉庆朝》收录了21004件档案，其中正文53册，总目录3册，目录索引2册。盛京刑部与盛京内务府的往来文集中于第7册至第50册。其中，盛京刑部咨盛京内务府档案有1001件，盛京内务府咨盛京刑部有1049件，共计2050件。《黑图档·嘉庆朝》内所有档案中，盛京刑部档案约占总数的9.76%。这些档案价值珍贵，对于研究多项内容具有不可替代的重要作用。

1 研究清代盛京刑部的宝贵的第一手史料

1.1 丰富盛京刑部的职能研究
