摘 要：抗战时期形成大量英烈档案，开展编研工作有利于深挖先烈事迹，继承红色基因，传承优秀革命文化。党和国家方针政策和档案编研工作实践有力推动了抗战英烈档案编研工作的进展，但其也在编研需求匹配、档案编研机制和编研方法优化三方面存在一定不足。文章认为，通过构建开放性编研机制、创新搭建档案编研平台，开展研究性、宣传性和教育性编研，可更好地发掘英烈档案，广泛开展爱国主义教育，为中华民族伟大复兴提供文化助力。

Research on the Compilation of Revolutionary Heroes Archives in the Anti-Japanese War

Abstract： A large number of heroic archives were formed during the Anti-Japanese War， and the work of codification and research is conducive to deepening the deeds of revolutionary martyrs， inheriting the red gene and inheriting the excellent revolutionary culture. The policies and the practice of archives compilation have promoted the progress of the archives compilation and research of the heroes of the Anti-Japanese War， but it also has some deficiencies in the matching of compilation and research needs， the research mechanism of archives compilation and the optimization of compilation and research methods.The essay proposes to build an open mechanism and an innovative research platform， by carrying out research， publicity and educational research， we can better discover the heroic archives， carry out extensive patriotic education， and provide cultural assistance for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

党的十八大以来，国家先后公布了三批含有共计1085名抗日英烈和英雄群体的名录[1]，颁布《中华人民共和国英雄烈士保护法》，设立“中国人民抗日战争胜利纪念日”“烈士纪念日”，开通“中华英烈网”。随着党和国家对革命英烈宣传工作的重视与推进，抗战英烈档案编研工作取得显著进展，在宣传抗战英烈事迹方面发挥了重要作用。如杨庆春认为，《大理抗战英烈名录》的文献材料征编工作有助于铭记英烈丰功伟绩，传承民族抗战精神[2]。李果霖指出，对区域抗战英烈档案文献的编研能够展现全民族抗战的区域特色[3]。此外，当前抗战英烈档案编研工作也存在不足，如黄自娟提出，当前对于英烈个体形象缺乏深度挖掘，且呈现方式和路径较为单一，缺乏面向不同受众群体和适应现代信息技术的宣传呈现方式[4]。郑东燕等认为，当前编研工作存在随机、应景、任务导向等问题，缺乏可持续性发展规划[5]。……
