摘要随着数字医疗服务时代的到来，“互联网+”现代医疗模式应运而生。基于互联网大背景下的医学影像诊断云平台，优化了医院影像数据的储存方式，实现了各级各类医疗机构间医学影像资源共享。同时，该平台推动了远程医疗和分级诊疗的发展，实现科技赋能、助力“健康扶贫”，患者在当地就医就能享受到上级医院的专家诊疗，大大节省了患者就医成本和就医时间。该平台的搭建顺应了现代医疗发展的趋势，构建“基层医院检查、上级医院诊断、学科专家会诊”的诊疗模式。为我国医院信息化建设带来了空前机遇和挑战，也为民生健康工作有效推进提供保障。

Analysis of the Medical Imaging Diagnosis Cloud Platform to Promote the health Work under the Background of Internet

AbstractWith the advent of the digital medical service era，the modern medical model of “Internet +”arises. The cloud platform of medical image diagnosis based on the Internet has optimized the storage mode of hospital image data and realized the sharing of image resources among medical institutions at all levels. At the same time，the platform promotes the development of telemedicine and hierarchical medicine，enabling patients to enjoy expert diagnosis and treatment from superior hospitals when they seek medical treatment locally，saving the medical costs and time of patients. The construction of this platform conforms to the trend of modern medical development and brings great opportunities and challenges to the informationization construction of hospitals in China.

當前社会医疗资源分配不均衡，医学影像诊断人才短缺、分配不均，上下级医院医学影像诊疗水平存在差距。有时病人为能得到明确的医学影像诊断结论往往需要奔波各个大医院，既增加病患负担，也增加上级影像诊疗中心负荷。国家卫健委、国家医保局接连发文鼓励互联网医疗服务。医学影像诊断云平台是运用大数据和数字成像技术，基于互联网背景下的网络通信实现信息无损耗上传、运输、显示和分析，做到平台覆盖内机构信息对接、资源共享、学科联合、专家会诊。医学影像诊断云平台依托互联网优势可以提供云胶片、实时传输图像、远程实时阅片等服务，实现远程问诊、下级医院和上级医院、患者和专家之间的灵活交互。……
