摘要辅导员工作在高校管理中占据重要地位，传统的高校辅导员工作模式存在很多制约辅导员工作开展的因素。适当地进行高校辅导员工作模式的改革与创新，是摆在高校管理者和学生工作者面前的一项崭新的课题。本文从笔者所在学院实行学生工作模块化管理的实际出发，结合SWOT分析法，将从优势、弱势、机会和威胁四个方面结合起来结构化地和系统化地分析学生工作模块化管理的利与弊，并提出相关的对策思考，旨在实现基层院系学生工作管理模式的创新以及提高学生管理工作效率和质量。

SWOT Analysis and Countermeasures of Modular Management of Student Work

AbstractCounselor work occupies an important position in university management. There are many factors restricting the development of counselor work in the traditional college counselor work mode. Properly carrying out the reform and innovation of the work mode of college counselors is a new topic in front of college administrators and student workers. Starting from the practice of implementing modular management of student work in my college，combined with SWOT analysis method，this paper will combine the advantages，disadvantages，opportunities and threats，structurally and systematically analyze the advantages and disadvantages of modular management of student work，and put forward relevant countermeasures. It aims to realize the innovation of student work management mode in grass-roots colleges and departments and improve the efficiency and quality of student management.

目前大多數高校学生工作管理模式都是较为传统的辅导员“大包干”的工作任务模式，导致辅导员事务缠身、疲于应付、既无暇也无精力来提高自身的业务素质，有“事”无“业”是高校辅导员队伍中较为普遍的现象;[1]主要的学生工作模式是以“学工处→二级学院→辅导员→学生”这一垂直管理模式，辅导员同时接受学生处和二级学院双重领导与管理，辅导员的分工主要按年级、专业和学生数量进行分工管理，以个人之力完成对整个年级学生的管理。也有部分高校或基层院系对学生管理工作参照管理学中的模块化理论进行学生工作模式的创新，通过设立模块化的专项辅导员岗位将辅导员从事务繁杂的学生工作中解脱出来，让其更有针对性的、高效性的去解决学生日常思想上的问题，同时有更多的时间和精力对学生工作的管理进行思考和优化，提升学生教育工作质量。……
