摘要随着工程教育专业认证的深入开展，落实产出要求主线和评价机制底线已成为其核心内容。针对这些情况，文章以国家级精品在线开发课程“食品工艺学”课程教学实践为例，探讨了基于成果导向的课程目标达成评价方法，以期为促进基于成果导向的课程教学质量评价和毕业要求达成度评价提供一定的参考和借鉴。

——A case study of the Course of National high-quality online open course of food technology

AbstractWith the in-depth development of engineering education professional certification，the implementation of the main line of output requirements and the bottom line of evaluation mechanism has become its core content. In view of these situations，taking the teaching practice of the national high-quality online development course "food technology" as an example，this paper discusses the evaluation method of achievement of curriculum objectives based on achievement orientation，in order to provide some reference for promoting the evaluation of teaching quality and achievement of graduation requirements based on achievement orientation.

《教育部关于一流本科课程建设的实施意见》（教高[2019]8号）明确指出要“确立学生中心、产出导向、持续改进的理念，提升课程的高阶性，突出课程的创新性，增加课程的挑战度”。《工程教育认证通用标准》（2017版）第四项持续改进第一条，明确提出认证专业要定期开展课程质量评价。成果导向的课程目标达成情况评价是课程质量监控的关键环节，评价应充分聚焦学生的学习成果，课程的教学内容、教学实施过程、考核内容必须与该课程的课程目标相适应。随着工程教育专业认证的深入开展，落实产出要求主线和评价机制底线已成为其核心内容。课程目标是对学生课程学习成果的预期，是评估学生课程学习效果的基础。课程目标向上支撑毕业要求的达成，向下决定教学模式和考核评价方式的设计与实施，是课程融入OBE 教学体系的逻辑接口。[1-3]

河南科技大学“食品工艺学”课程，2010年成为河南省精品课程，2014年成为河南省精品资源共享课程，2016年成为河南省精品在线开放课程，并在中国大学MOOC上线，2019年成为国家精品在线开放课程，2020年成为河南省线上一流课程。……
