摘要随着近年来教育改革进程的逐渐深化，产学研融合成为推进高等院校和科研院所科技创新成果转化的有效途径。文章深入分析了目前水利类专业在毕业设计中存在的主要问题，并且明确了产学研融合模式在开展毕业设计中的重要意义，最后探索了如何将相关的水利企业与高校进行紧密融合，从培养方案、学生选题、课题指导和企业与学校紧密协作等方面提出产学研融合的水利类本科生毕业设计新模式。研究成果对高校今后人才培养模式具有一定的理论价值和现实意义。

AbstractWith the gradual deepening of educational reform in recent years，the integration of industry-university-research institute has become an effective way to promote the transformation of scientific and technological innovation achievements in universities and research institutes. The paper makes an in-depth analysis of the main problems existing in the graduation design of water conservancy majors，and makes clear the significance of the industry-university-research integration model in the development of graduation design. Finally，it explores how to closely integrate relevant water conservancy enterprises with universities. From the aspects of training program，student topic selection，project guidance and close cooperation between enterprises and schools，a new mode of graduation project for hydraulic undergraduates is put forward. The research results have certain theoretical value and practical significance for the future talent training mode of colleges and universities.

畢业设计是大学生本科四年在校期间的最后一次考核，能够全面的地、综合的展示和检验学生学习专业知识的程度和运用自己所在领域的基础知识去解决实际问题的能力。[1-2]但随着我国近几年高校招生的扩张，本科生规模逐渐壮大，传统的毕业设计模式已不再适应于现在的教学目标。[3-4]近年来，各大高校都在探索毕业设计新模式，以提高本科毕业设计质量。[5]其中，基于产学研融合是取得良好效果一种新模式。[6]
