摘要随着网络和多媒体技术的不断发展以及疫情的促动，越来越多的高校使用了混合式教学组织形式进行教学。为了解地方高校混合式教学的现状，笔者以陕西地方高校为调查对象，调研分析了当前陕西地方高校混合式教学存在的突出特点和问题。基于问题分析，本文提出了陕西地方高校混合式教学的优化路径：规范混合式教学管理制度;完善混合式教学反馈机制;实行循序渐进的混合式教学改革发展方案;建立混合式教学实施过程要素分析评价方法。

Problems and Optimization Path of Hybrid Teaching in Shaanxi Local Colleges and Universities

AbstractWith the continuous development of network and multimedia technology and the promotion of the epidemic，more and more colleges and universities use hybrid teaching organization forms for teaching. In order to understand the current situation of mixed teaching in local colleges and universities，the author takes Shaanxi local colleges and universities as the investigation object，investigates and analyzes the prominent characteristics and problems of mixed teaching in Shaanxi local colleges and universities. Based on the problem analysis，this paper puts forward the optimization path of mixed teaching in Shaanxi local colleges and universities：standardizing the mixed teaching management system;Improve the mixed teaching feedback mechanism;Implement the step-by-step mixed teaching reform and development plan;Establish the analysis and evaluation method of elements in the implementation process ofhybrid teaching.

隨着网络和多媒体技术的不断发展，越来越多的高校使用了混合式教学来作为课堂的教学手段，取得了较为良好的效果。[1]混合式教学是利用“线上”+“线下”的方法来对于在校学生进行多接触化、多形式化的一种教学方法，[2]在利用直接和间接关系的有机结合上能实现对于学生引入由浅至深的学习思路上来，从而提高学生的学习效率，也能减少教师的课程负担，是近年来较为新颖的教育方法。[3-5]本文在基于对陕西省地方高校的调查资料上，分析混合式教学的发展现状，并在此基础上提出对于混合式教学的优化路径，从而为高校实现混合式教学的方法提升和拓展提供参考思路。

1陕西地方高校混合式教学应用的突出特点

1.1形成了由上至下的管理体系
