【摘  要】博物馆完善的安全防范体系应该包括入侵报警系统、视频安防监控系统、声音复核系统等九大系统。论文只涉及博物馆的以上三个系统的建设，人防、物防、技防相结合的防范措施，在配置专业保安队伍的条件下，拼接先进的科学技术手段，建立一套综合性的防范系统，实现以防盗报警、视频监控与声音复核为主，巡更系统、门禁系统、智能化技术防范为辅的系统，起到及时预警、迅速反应的作用，将危险因素扼杀在摇篮阶段。

【Abstract】The perfect security and protection system of the museum should include nine systems， such as the intrusion alarm system， video security monitoring system， sound review system and so on. The paper only involves the construction of the above three systems of the museum. Through the combination of civil air defense， material defense and technical defense， under the condition of professional security team， advanced scientific and technological means are combined to establish a comprehensive prevention system. The system mainly includes anti-theft alarm， video monitoring and sound review， supplemented by patrol system， access control system and intelligent technology prevention， which can play the role of timely warning， rapid response， and strangle the risk factors in the cradle stage.

1 博物馆安全防范系统设计应遵循的原则与系统模式

1.1 依法进行原则

博物馆安全防范系统设计必须对国家相关法律与标准进行研究，结合相关法律与标准的要求，进行博物馆安全防范系统设计，保证博物馆安全防范系统设计的合法性、合理性和规范性，从而满足对博物馆藏品进行全面保护的需求。

1.2 因地制宜原则

设计人员在进行博物馆安全防范系统设计时，应当对工程设计任务书、博物馆建筑图纸、现场资料等进行全面掌握，按照因地制宜原则，进行博物馆安全防范系统的设计，使得博物馆安全防范系统设计方案具有可行性，有助于博物馆安全防范水平的提升。

1.3 防范效果原则

设计人员可以根据博物馆防范目标的等级，进行防护体系的纵深化完善，结合防范目标的保护需求，精细化进行防范区域的划分，对博物馆周边环境、内部区域、禁区等进行全面监控，保证博物馆防范效果。……
