【摘  要】现如今，随着泛在电力物联网的快速发展，进一步提升传统配电网的现场作业水平与作业管理的信息化、程序化、系统化水平，就地管控配电网现场作业已经逐渐成为一个重要趋势。配电网现场作业就地化过程管控就在于将现场作业流程、信息化技术有机结合起来，确保配电网现场作业各项业务内容的流程化，即作业申请、作业审批、作业实操等，以此全面、系统、规范地管理作业现场的安全风险，为电力企业的健康、可持续发展提供动力。基于此，论文对配电网现场作业就地化过程管控工作展开了研究。

【Abstract】Nowadays， with the rapid development of ubiquitous power internet of things， further improving the on-site operation level and the informatization， procedure and systematization level of operation management， and realizing the control distribution network on-site operation has gradually become an important trend. The process management and control of on-site operation of distribution network can organically combine the on-site operation process and information technology， so as to ensure the flow of all business contents in the on-site operation of distribution network， namely， operation application， operation approval， operation operation， etc. Therefore， the safety risk of on-site operation can be managed comprehensively， systematically and standardized， which can provide impetus for the healthy and sustainable development of power enterprises. Based on this， the paper discusses the process control of on-site operation in distribution network.

1 引言

现如今，各种新型技术在社会生产中都获得广泛应用，如大数据、云平台、移动通讯技术等，由此极大变革了电力企业的工作模式。结合现有经验可知，在配电网现场作业中为促进工程项目管理能力的显著提高，就需要实现对上述技术的充分利用。而鉴于现有工程项目现场管理效率比较低，相关人员有必要充分发挥网络技术所具有的优势，进一步提高现场管理能力，对新途径、新方法进行积极的探索[1]。

2 配电网现场作业现状

当前，电力企业的重点依然在于如何促进配电网现场作业管理水平的提高，但是当前作业管理侧重于问题的事后解决。基于电力企业安全工作管理的角度，企业当前所具有的能力依然无法有效规范现场作业人员的工作流程，也不具备预见事故的水平与超前控制事故的能力。……
