【摘  要】农业供应链金融是以农业相关主体组成的完整产業链为载体，向其上下游的参与企业提供金融服务的发展模式。如何推动农业供应链的发展一直是政府、产业和社会关注的重点。由于电商平台的普及，蚂蚁金服、京东、农金圈、苏宁等各大电商平台都开始利用核心企业开展农业供应链金融。论文通过对上述几家企业供应链金融模式的研究，分析了农业供应链金融模式的作用，探讨了目前农业供应链金融发展出现的问题，并且提出了相应建议。

【Abstract】Agricultural supply chain finance is a development mode that provides financial services to the upstream and downstream participating enterprises with the carrier of a complete industrial chain composed of agriculture-related subjects. How to promote the development of agricultural supply chain has always been the focus of the government， industry and society. Due to the popularity of e-commerce platforms， Ant Financial， Jingdong， Nongjinquan， Suning and other major e-commerce platforms have begun to use core enterprises to carry out agricultural supply chain finance. This paper analyzes the role of agricultural supply chain finance mode， discusses the current problems in the development of agricultural supply chain finance， and puts forward corresponding suggestions through the study of the above several enterprises' supply chain finance mode.

1 引言

“农业供应链金融+电商扶贫”是指将金融扶贫和电商的产业扶贫结合起来。农业供应链金融能使扶贫精准定位，借助贫困县域的特色资源，通过电商平台、网红带货、美食视频等方式宣传和销售当地特色产品，带动贫困县城产业和经济发展的脱贫。运用电商平台累积的大数据，通过信息技术分析手段，完善农村信用体系，解决传统金融机构在农村覆盖面不广的问题。凭借金融、物流、交易、大数据、云计算等电商基础设施，使得农村信用体系得以建立。

2 农业供应链金融业务模式研究

2.1 蚂蚁金服的农业供应链金融模式

蚂蚁金服推出的“旺农贷”就是为农村和贫困地区的农户提供信用贷款，其主要的运作方式是“融资+农业+保险”三方联动的模式。“旺农贷”主要采用的是农业供应链金融的模式，通过互联网平台为缺少资金的农户提供金融服务。……
