【摘  要】随着我国社会的进步与经济的发展，社会对市场的要求不断变化，对财政局的档案管理工作也提出了新的要求。财政局的档案管理工作主要是对地方经济往来的信息进行记录，所以财政局的档案管理工作极其重要。目前，科学技术飞速发展，财政局的档案管理工作应该顺应时代的发展，大力开展信息化建设。论文对新时期做好财政局档案管理工作提出一些建议，以期推动财政局档案管理工作质量与水平的进一步提升。

【Abstract】With the social progress and economic development in China， the society's requirements for the market are constantly changing， and new requirements are put forward for the archives management work of the finance bureau. The archives management work of the finance bureau mainly records the information of local economic exchanges， so the archives management work of the financial bureau is extremely important. At present， science and technology are developing rapidly， the archives management work of the financial bureau should conform to the development of the times and vigorously carry out the informatization construction. This paper puts forward some suggestions on doing well the archives management work of the finance bureau in the new period， so as to promote the further improvement of the quality and level of archives management work of the finance bureau.

1 引言

当前，社会经济的飞速发展，经济体制的改革深化，推动了市场经济的不断完善，财政局在社会公共服务事业中占有十分重要的地位。财政局的工作关系着社会的和谐稳定，关系着人们的基本生活状态。档案管理工作是财政局一项关键的工作，能够规范财政局的工作内容，促进财政局人力资源的发展，为财政局未来的发展奠定坚实的基础。因此，在新时期的发展过程中，财政局需要加大档案管理工作的力度，使档案管理工作与时俱进，与此同时，科学合理利用资源，以使档案管理工作质量与效率逐步提升。

2 财政局档案管理工作的意义

2.1 有利于规范日常工作

无规矩不成方圆，财政局在实际的工作中若具备相应的规范性，则能够有效提升工作的效能，提升工作的效率，为社会公共服务事业的发展奠定良好的基础。……
