摘 要：中华全国体育协进会对1924—1949年中国体育话语权构建做出重大历史贡献。中华全国体育协进会的成立，标志着外国人主持中国体育竞赛的历史结束，维护中国体育主权。中华全国体育协进会通过激活体育价值观认同机制、推动体育知识传播以及构建体育规范等方面培育国民体育价值观念，对挽救民族危亡具有重要历史价值。通过参与国际体育组织、会议及赛事，获得一定组织任职权、国际事务评议权以及赛事参与权和裁判权等途径，为中国争取体育国际话语权做出重要贡献，并向世界表达了中国人的体育精神和民族精神，同时使中国传统体育开始被世界所认知。

Abstract： China National Amateur Athletic Federation has made great historical contributions to the construction of Chinese sports discourse power from 1924 to 1949. The establishment of China National Amateur Athletic Federation marks the end of the history of foreigners hosting China's sports competitions and upholds China's sports sovereignty. Through activating the recognition mechanism of sports values， promoting the dissemination of sports knowledge， and building sports norms， China National Amateur Athletic Federation has cultivated national sports values， which has important historical value for saving the national crisis. Through participating in international sports organizations， conferences and events， gaining certain organizational functions and powers， the right to comment on international affairs， and the right to participate in and judge sports events， those have made some important contribution to China's striving for international sports discourse power， and to express the Chinese people's sports spirit and national spirit for the world. At the same time， Chinese traditional sports has began to go forward to the world.

20世紀20年代，中国处于“内忧外患”之中，在“民族救亡”使命推动下，中华全国体育协进会于1924年在南京成立。中华全国体育协进会的成立对中国体育话语权构建具有重大历史意义。以往研究主要集中在“成立过程”和“主要工作”本身上，很少从体育话语权构建的视角探讨。话语权的概念由福柯开创，他提出“话语即权力”的著名命题[1]。话语权强调的主要是关系国家生死存亡的反映本国利益和要求的价值观念主导权[2]。中华全国体育协进会对中国体育话语权的构建，主要是对体育价值观念的培育与引导、对中国体育权益的维护以及体育利益诉求的表达。……
