【摘  要】我国整体经济水平的提升，带动了各行各业的迅猛发展，化工行业作为国家工业发展的重要组成部分，更是得到大力发展。然而，现阶段，化工装备的超期超载运行，化工产品存放不符合规范要求，造成事故频发，其中，天津港化学品爆炸事故，拉升了人们对于化工企业的消防安全管理的关注度。论文分析了化工企业消防安全管理存在的问题，并提出相应的解决方案，以促进化工企业消防安全管理水平更上一层楼。

【Abstract】The improvement of China's overall economic level has driven the rapid development of all walks of life， and the chemical industry， as an important part of the country's industrial development， has been vigorously developed. However， at the present stage， the overdue and overloaded operation of chemical equipment and the storage of chemical products do not meet the standard requirements， resulting in frequent accidents. Among them， the chemical explosion accident in Tianjin Port has increased people's attention to the fire safety management of chemical enterprises. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the fire safety management of chemical enterprises， and puts forward the corresponding solutions to promote the fire safety management level of chemical enterprises to a higher level.

1 引言

我国整体经济水平的提升带动了包括化工企业在内的众多行业的迅猛发展，而化工企业对于我国工业发展有着不可磨灭的作用，也是我国经济发展的重要组成部分。现阶段，在化工企业的运行和生产中由于涉及众多的化工产品而具有较大的消防风险，巨大的安全威胁使得人们越发重视化工企业的消防安全管理问题。为保证生产安全，化工企业应该要着重考虑自身的消防安全问题，避免因为消防隐患引起事故，造成不必要的损失。

2 化工企业消防安全管理的意义

2.1 化工工业消防管理的重要性

化工工业是我国工业化和经济发展的基础所在，但是化工企业在生产过程中具有较强的危险性，大量的化工制品混合和堆积将会导致巨大的安全隐患，所以化工行业被列入了高危行业之中。由于化工生产中大部分的化学反应都需要在高温高压等条件下进行，其反应过程也可能会放出大量的热，所以一旦发生火灾将会导致不可估计的后果。……
