摘要 探讨带状疱疹急性期的针灸治疗临床现状，并提出临床治疗中所存在的问题，以便为临床提供更多思路以及治疗方案。查阅整理过去5年的相关文献资料，进行归纳和总结分析。带状疱疹急性期使用针灸治疗效果好，操作简便。综合治疗技术应用研究最多，且治疗效果理想，在临床上具有较高推广价值。

Clinical Research Progress of Acupuncture in the Treatment of Herpes Zoster in Acute Stage

Abstract To investigate the clinical status of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy in the acute stage of herpes zoster， and to put forward the existing problems in clinical treatment， so as to provide more ideas and treatment plans for the clinics.The literature of the past five years were reviewed and analyzed.Acupuncture and moxibustion was effective and easy to operate in the acute stage of herpes zoster.The application of comprehensive treatment technology has been studied the most， and the therapeutic effect is ideal， which is of high clinical value.

带状疱疹是指皮肤出现密集、成簇、大小不等、基底为紫红色并且充血的饱满水疱，其排列成带状，累累如串珠，并以出现剧烈疼痛为主要特征的一种急性疱疹性皮肤病[1]。此病多发生在身体一侧，以胸背、面部、腰、胁部位最为常见。本病首见于《诸病源候論·疮病诸候》：“甑带疮者，绕腰身。此亦风湿搏血气所生，状如甑带，因以为名。”民间又称为“蛇丹”“蜘蛛疮”“缠腰火丹”“蛇窠疮”“火带疮”等[2]。本病或由情志不遂导致肝胆火旺，或因脾湿内蕴，复又外感毒邪，湿热相搏结，经络气血运行不通则痛，毒热郁于血分则发红斑。本病好发于成人，女性多发，老年人病情尤重。近年来我国临床研究表明：通过针灸治疗带状疱疹急性期症状具有较好效果，具体有毫针治疗、皮肤针法、刺络拔罐、耳针法、穴位注射法、火针法以及综合治疗等方法[3]。现将近年来针灸治疗带状疱疹急性期的文献归纳如下。
