摘 要：随着我国汽车工业的快速发展，汽车主要零部件的焊接技术也得到了迅速提高。焊接技术是汽车制造技术中最具代表性的技术之一，产品质量直接影响整车质量。在目前的焊接过程中，由于多种因素的不利影响，往往会对整个产品的焊接产品质量造成负面影响，汽车的安全性能得不到保证，甚至出现安全事故。在此基础上，对钣金焊接常见问题进行了预测，并强调了焊接产品质量控制的对策。

Abstract：With the rapid development of China's automobile industry， the welding technology of automobile main parts has also been rapidly improved. Welding technology is one of the most representative technologies in automobile manufacturing technology， and product quality directly affects the quality of the entire vehicle. In the current welding process， due to the adverse effects of various factors， the quality of the welding product of the entire product will often be negatively affected. The safety performance of the automobile cannot be guaranteed， and even safety accidents may occur.
