摘 要：高校党建工作始终是新时代党的建设时期伟大工程的重要政治内容和组成部分，事关新时代的中国富有特色的社会主义国家建设的战略大局，同时事关高校各级党组织“两个作用”的有效充分发挥和高校“立德树人”根本任务的顺利实现。本文以加强发展弘扬雷锋精神为主要研究课题背景，剖析了雷锋精神融入高校学生党员教育的重要意义，并以沈阳工学院为例，探析将雷锋精神融入高校学生党员教育的路径，以及对高校党建质量提升具有显著的理论和现实意义。

Analysis on the Path of Integrating Lei Feng Spirit into the Education of College Student Party Members

Abstract：Party building in colleges and universities has always been an important political content and part of the great project in the period of party building in the new era. It is related to the overall strategic situation of the construction of a socialist country with characteristics in China in the new era， and it is also related to the party organizations at all levels in colleges and universities to give the effective and full play of the “individual role” and to realize the fundamental task of “building morality and cultivating people” in universities. This article takes the strengthening of the development and promotion of the Lei Feng spirit as the main research topic background， and analyzes the significance of the integration of the Lei Feng spirit into the education of college student party members， whose quality improvement has significant theoretical and practical significance.

將崇高的政治理想和道德准则全面地融入到学校日常的政治学习和生活中，对于做好新时代下学生党员的教育，加强广大学生党员队伍的建设，提升广大学生党组织的凝聚力等都具有十分重要的指导价值和现实意义。大力发展和弘扬雷锋精神，不仅是为了引导广大学生党员努力作为一个爱党爱国、勤奋上进、爱岗敬业、乐于奉献、创新发展的榜样，也是为了将雷锋精神融入到广大学生党员思想的深处，为中国特色社会主义事业培养建设者和接班人提供了强大的基础道德支撑和饱满精神状态。

1 将雷锋精神融入高校学生党员教育的意义
