摘 要：在新时代教育背景之下，我国教育事业改革有了进一步新的发展，尤其是教育体制的改革后，“产教融合，校企合作”这种“双元”式人才培养模式的提出为职业教育的发展带来了全新的发展契机。在产教融合校企“双元”育人的教学管理模式指导下，本校积极探索校企合作共同研究人才培养方案的可行性，既可以为本校学生拓宽就业渠道，还能够为企业培养应用型人才。对此，文章中以新能源汽车专业为例对产教融合校企“双元”育人的教学管理进行了探究，旨在培育出更多的实用型、技能型人才。

Research on the Teaching Management of the “Dual” Education of the School-enterprise Integration of Production and Education

——Take the New Energy Vehicle Major as an example

Abstract：Under the background of the new era of education， Chinas education reform has made further new developments. Especially after the reform of the education system， the “dual” talent training model of “integration of production and education， and school-enterprise cooperation” has been proposed bringing a new development opportunity for the development of vocational education. Under the guidance of the “dual” education management model of integrating production and education， the school actively explores the feasibility of school-enterprise cooperation and joint research on talent training programs， which can not only broaden the employment channels for students， but also cultivate application-oriented talents for enterprises. In this regard， the article takes the new energy automobile major as an example to explore the teaching management of the “dual” education of industry-education-integrated schools and enterprises， with the aim of cultivating more practical and skilled talents.

新時期背景下的职业教育目标侧重于实用型人才的培养，而新能源汽车专业则是近些年来发展起来的，所以在教学管理方面还存在一定的欠缺，尤其是在实践教学方面。新能源汽车专业既侧重理论教学又侧重实践教学，所以在新能源汽车专业教学管理工作开展的过程中，通过校企合作来为学生创造良好的实训条件，激活学生的特长及潜能。因此，在新能源汽车专业人才培养的过程中，将学校和企业深度融合建立专业与企业一体化的管理平台，构建出全新的“产教融合、校企合作”的人才培养模式，以此来实现职业学校的育人效果。

1 产教融合校企“双元”育人模式的应用意义

1.1 有助于调整师资结构，促进双师培养

从现阶段职业学校新能源汽车专业采用的产教融合企业“双元”育人模式来看，在教学管理方面对于“双师型”教师的需求较大，同时对于新能源汽车专业教师的理论水平与技术水平都有着较高的要求，然而现阶段却难以在短时间内培养足够的“双师型”教师。……
