摘 要：随着我国汽车行业的快速发展，我国汽车制造领域对于专业人才的需求量不断提升，高职院校作为我国专业技术人员的主要培育场地，每年为汽车行业提供了大量人才。但是现阶段我国高职院校汽车运用技术专业热教学体系和人才培养方案与汽车行业人才需求存在不融洽、不和谐的情况。本文基于此，分析了现阶段高职院校汽车运用技术专业教学存在的问题，并深入探究了如何对该专业教学进行改革，以期为相关教育工作者提供指导和思路。

Discussion about the Teaching Reform of Automobile Application Technology Specialty in Higher Vocational Education

Abstract：With the rapid development of China's automobile industry， the demand for professional talents in the field of automobile manufacturing continues to increase. As the main training venues for professional and technical personnel， higher vocational colleges provide a large number of talents for the automobile industry every year. However， at the present stage， the hot teaching system and talent training program of automobile application technology in higher vocational colleges are not in harmony with the demand for talents in the automobile industry. Based on this， this paper analyzes the existing problems in the teaching of automobile application technology in higher vocational colleges at the present stage， and deeply explores how to reform the teaching of this specialty， to provide guidance and ideas for relevant educators.

1 引言

隨着我国汽车技术的不断发展，汽车的智能化、整体化逐渐成为了未来汽车的发展趋势。汽车行业的这种发展趋势使得高职院校汽车运用技术专业教学内容和教学方法呈现出之后的趋势。同时，我国汽车行业的快速发展使得汽车运用技术专业人才匮乏的情况进一步体现出来。高职院校汽车专业作为汽车行业专业人才的重要培养基地，需要对汽车运用技术专业的教学手段进行改革，培养出更多符合社会发展现状以及汽车行业需求的专业性人才。

2 当前我国高职院校汽车运用技术专业教学存在的问题

2.1 学生对该类专业认识不足，创造性思维缺乏

上文提到，高职院校主要是为我国现代化建设提供掌握一门核心技术的专业性人才，因此，选择就读高职院校汽车运用技术专业的学生，其上学的核心目的就是掌握一门实用型技术，为日后从事汽车运用技术行业夯实基础、做好普遍。……
