摘 要：教育部于2014年提出现代学徒制试点工作，文章简要总结了现代学徒制的成效，分析了在实施过程中存在种种问题，并通过对1+X证书制度的分析研究，提出1+X证书对现代学徒制人才培养的促进与融通的相关思考，对现代学徒制人才培养的质量提供了参考。

Research on the Training Mode of Modern Apprenticeship Talents in Mechanical and Electrical Specialty Based on the 1+X Certificate System

Abstract：The Ministry of Education proposed the pilot work of modern apprenticeship in 2014. The article briefly summarizes the effectiveness of modern apprenticeship， analyzes various problems in the implementation process， and proposes 1+X through analysis and research on the 1+X certificate system. The relevant thinking about the promotion and integration of the certificate for the training of modern apprenticeship talents provides a reference for the quality of modern apprenticeship training.

1 现代学徒制人才培养模式的背景和意义

为贯彻党的十八届三中全会和全国职业教育工作会议精神，深化产教融合、校企合作，进一步完善校企合作育人机制，创新技术技能人才培养模式，根据《国务院关于加快发展现代职业教育的决定》（国发〔2014〕19号）要求，教育部于2014年8月出台《关于开展现代学徒制试点工作的意见》，意见中指出现代学徒制有利于促进行业、企业参与职业教育人才培养全过程，实现专业设置与产业需求对接，课程内容与职业标准对接，教学过程与生产过程对接，毕业证书与职业资格证书对接，职业教育与终身学习对接，提高人才培养质量和针对性[1]。2018年，现代学徒制在教育部推动下已有试点院校及单位526家，其中高职院校410所。

通过国家出台种种关于现代学徒制的政策、众多企业广泛参与、职业院校积极创新与实践培养模式，现代学徒制人才培养取得较为显著的成效，总体来看，首先实现了“六对接”，即“学校与企业、基地与车间、专业与产业、教师与师傅、学生与员工、培养培训与终身教育”的对接;其次，在实施过程中，企业……
