摘要：对西安市养老服务行业质量满意度进行调研，通过问卷和访谈等调查方式，收集来自入住养老院的老人、家属、服务提供者和管理者等方面的数据资料，借助服务行业顾客满意测评模型进行科学的分析，探究影响养老服务行业满意度的因素，深入了解西安市养老行业服务发展现状及存在的问题，为养老服务企业提出合理建议，为政府等有关部门制定更有针对性的政策和措施提供决策支持，提高西安市养老行业服务供给质量。

Survey on the Quality Satisfaction of the Old-age Service Industry in Xi'an

Abstract： This article conducts a survey on the quality satisfaction of the old-age service industry in Xi'an， collecting data from the old people， their families， service providers and managers who live in the old-age homes through questionnaires and interviews， with the help of the customer satisfaction evaluation model of the service industry. This paper makes a scientific analysis of the factors influencing the satisfaction degree of the service industry of the old-age pension， so as to effectively understand the current situation and existing problems of the service industry of the old-age pension in Xi'an， to provide rational suggestions for the elderly service enterprises， and provide decision support for the government and other relevant departments to formulate more targeted policies and measurements， so as to improve the quality of service supply for the elderly sector in Xi'an.

1引言

當前，我国的人口老龄化问题已经从快速老龄化，发展到急速老龄化，再到深度老龄化发展，给社会带来巨大挑战，积极应对人口老龄化问题已经成为我国的一项长期战略任务[1]。西安市作为国家中心城市之一，人口老龄化演进趋势表现更为突出。资料显示，截至目前，西安市60岁以上老年人口161.96万人，老龄化率16.19%，人口老龄化程度持续加深，西安市已全面进入老年型社会[2]。积极应对本区域人口老龄化问题，不断满足老年人持续增长的养老需求，是全面建成小康社会新西安的一项紧迫任务。

人口老龄化程度的不断加深以及老年人养老需求的持续增加，促使养老服务业市场快速发展。服务业发展的生命线是服务质量，建立在对消费者科学抽样获得代表性结果基础上的顾客满意度测评是一种对服务质量进行有效评估的管理工具。……
