摘要：随着城镇化进程的发展，建筑能耗在能源总消耗中不断提升，中国作为世界第一大建筑市场，零碳建筑是实现碳中和指标与可持续发展的重要手段。论文通过分析国内外零碳建筑领域标准体系研究情况，对我国建筑领域实现碳中和目标建设零碳标准体系提出建议。

Research on Zero Carbon Building Standard System under the Carbon Neutrality Target

Abstract： With the development of urbanization， building energy consumption continues to increase in total energy consumption. As China is the worlds largest building market， zero-carbon buildings are an important means to achieve carbon neutrality indicators and sustainable development. This article analyzes the research situation of the standard system in the field of zero-carbon construction at home and abroad puts forward suggestions for the establishment of a zero-carbon standard system in the field of construction in my country to achieve carbon neutrality.

0 引言

2020年9月，我國政府向国际社会郑重承诺，我国将提高国家自主贡献力度，二氧化碳排放力争于2030年前达到峰值，努力a争取2060年前实现碳中和，推动疫情后世界经济绿色复苏。中央经济工作会议把“做好碳达峰、碳中和工作”作为2021年八项重点任务之一。这是我国积极应对全球气候变化做出的重大战略决策，对我国推进生态文明建设和提升国际影响力具有深远的意义。

建筑领域是碳排放的重点领域之一，据国际能源署（IEA）《2019年全球建筑现状报告》数据显示，建筑领域碳排放占全球碳排放总量的39%，终端能源消耗量占36%。中国建筑节能协会《中国建筑能耗研究报告（2020）》显示，2018年全国建筑全过程能耗总量21.47亿吨标准煤，占全国能源消费总量的46.5%，2018年全国建筑全过程碳排放总量49.3亿吨二氧化碳，占全国碳排放比重的51.3%。实现建筑领域的碳中和，对我国完成国际承诺目标至关重要。
