摘要：《杏林医学月报》于1929年1月创刊，由广东中医药专门学校杏林医学社创办，是民国时期广东中医药期刊中出版时间最长、出版期数最多、保存最完整的刊物，在广东中医药期刊中具有代表性。《杏林医学月报》学术内容丰富，积极探讨中医科学化，真实记录中医药抗争资料及医政新闻等，是研究民国时期中医学的重要资料。

Contents and Academic Features of Journal of Xing Lin Yi Xue Yue Bao in the Republic of China

Abstract： Xing Lin Yi Xue Yue Bao was founded in January 1929. It was founded by the Xinglin Medical Association of Guangdong College of Traditional Chinese Medicine， and was the publication with the longest publication time， the most publication volumes， and the most complete preservation among TCM journals in Guangdong during the Republic of China period. It is representative among TCM journals in Guangdong. Xing Lin Yi Xue Yue Bao is rich in academic contents， which actively discusses the scientificization of TCM， and truly records TCM struggles and medical political news. It is an important material for research on TCM during the Republic of China period.

民國时期是中医学由传统向现代发展的关键时期，也是中医学发展的艰难时期。西方医学的传入及以教会医院为主体的西医院在中国的稳步发展，对传统中医产生了巨大的冲击。而余云岫“废止旧医以扫除医事卫生之障碍案”[1]282的提出，更是让中医学面临生存危机。面对内忧外患，中医界有识之士奋起抗争，他们创办中医药期刊，以此为阵地，积极捍卫中医药学术，为中医药发声。在民国时期广东地区创办的中医药期刊中，《杏林医学月报》是出版时间最长、出版期数最多、保存最完整的刊物，在广东中医药刊物中具有代表性，也是研究中国近现代中医发展史的重要史料文献。
