摘要：目的  分析《肘后備急方》现代研究文献，总结研究概况，为后续基于《肘后备急方》的临床及基础研究提供参考。方法  在中国知识资源总库（CNKI）、中国学术期刊数据库（万方数据）、中文科技期刊数据库（维普网）检索与《肘后备急方》有关的文献，检索时间截至2020年9月11日，从文献基本信息、具体研究内容（方剂、中药、病证、特殊治法等）、急症医学研究相关性方面进行分析。结果  共纳入文献178篇。发文量总体呈上升趋势，2016年达最高发文量（23篇）后有下降之势;收载此类文献较多的期刊为《中药材》《时珍国医国药》等，文献研究范围涉及《肘后备急方》8卷69个章节，研究主题侧重于方药（45篇），“卒”类病证和伤寒时气温病研究最受关注，治疗方法以隔物灸（24次）、骨折小夹板固定法（16次）、针刺腹部放水法（15次）等为主。《肘后备急方》中与急症医学相关研究文献94篇，现代研究以急症医学为中心，围绕理、法、方、药进行了系统探析。结论  《肘后备急方》的研究范围不断扩大，急症医学内容备受关注。该书有待进一步研究与传承。

Bibliometric Analysis of Modern Research on Zhou Hou Bei Ji Fang

Abstract： Objective To analyze the modern research literature of Zhou Hou Bei Ji Fang; To summarize the research overview; To provide references for the following clinical and basic research based on Zhou Hou Bei Ji Fang. Methods Literature about Zhou Hou Bei Ji Fang in CNKI， Wanfang database， and VIP was retrieved. The retrieval time was up to 11th， Sep. 2020. The literature was analyzed from the basic information of literature， specific research contents （prescriptions， Chinese materia medica， diseases and syndromes， and special treatment）， and the correlation of emergency medical research. Results A total of 178 articles were included， and the overall number of published articles was on the rise. The journals containing more of these articles were Zhong Yao Cai， Shi Zhen Guo Yi Guo Yao， etc. The research scope of the literature covered all 8 volumes and 69 chapters of Zhou Hou Bei Ji Fang. The research topics focused on prescription （45 articles）; the research on “sudden onset disease” and “febrile disease， seasonal qi and warm disease” was the most concerned; the treatment methods focused on partition moxibustion （24 articles）， small splint fixation for fracture （16 articles）， and acupuncture for abdominal drainage （15 articles）. Zhou Hou Bei Ji Fang. Their achievements in emergency medicine were outstanding. Modern researchers focused on emergency medicine and systematically analyzed the principles， methods， prescriptions and Chinese materia medica. Conclusion The research scope of Zhou Hou Bei Ji Fang is expanding constantly， and the content of emergency medicine is concerned. This clinical work needs further research and inheritance.
