摘要：【目的】探究真菌杀虫剂金龟子绿僵菌C0Ma421与其他药剂混用对玉米草地贪夜蛾的防治效果。【方法】试验共设5个处理组，分别为金龟子绿僵菌C0Ma4218cm1、金龟子绿僵菌C0Ma4213cm1+5.7%甲维盐7g（-3c%）、金龟子绿僵菌C0Ma42115m1+5.7%甲维盐9g（-1c%）、5.7%甲维盐1cg和空白对照，在草地贪夜蛾卵孵盛期至低龄（1～3龄）幼虫期时进行施药处理，然后对玉米进行活虫数、死虫数、虫口基数等进行调查。【结果】金龟子绿僵菌C0Ma421及其混用处理施药后玉米都没有出现药害症状，对玉米生长安全;金龟子绿僵菌C0Ma421+5.7%甲维盐减量防治效果显著。【结论】防治玉米草地贪夜蛾选择金龟子绿僵菌C0Ma421与化学药剂混合使用效果更好。

Preliminary Report on the Control of Metarhizium Anisopliae C0Ma421 Combined with 0ther Insecticides against spodoptera frugiperda in Maize

Abstract：   【0bjectiye】To inyestigate the control effect of metarhizium anisopliae C0Ma421 combined with other insecticides on spodoptera frugiperda in maize.【Method】Fiye treatment groups were set up，namely，M. anisopliae C0Ma421 8cm1，M. anisopliae C0Ma421 3cm1+5.7% emamectin 7g （-3c%），M. anisopliae C0Ma421 15m1+5.7% emamectin 9g  （-1c%），5.7% emamectin 1cg and blank control. The treatments were applied from the hatching stage to the early laryal stage  （1 -3 instar） of spodoptera frugiperda.  The spodoptera frugiperda in maize was then inyestigated for the number of liye insect，dead insect，population base，etc.【Result】There were no harmful symptoms of metarhizium anisopliae C0Ma421  and  its  mixed  treatment，and  it was  safe  for  the  growth  of maize.  The  control  effect  of metarhizium  anisopliae  C0Ma421 +5.7%  emamectin  decrement  was  significant.    【Conclusion】  The

combination  of metarhizium  anisopliae  C0Ma421  and  chemical  agents  had  better  control  effect  on spodoptera frugiperda in maize.

草地貪夜蛾（spodopterafrugiperda），也称秋黏虫，属于鳞翅目夜蛾科。原产于美洲热带和亚热带地区，具有适生区域广、迁飞能力强、繁殖倍数高、为害严重的特点。[1]2019年3月以来在百色市各县区陆续发现草地贪夜蛾为害玉米，玉米苗期受害导致减产10%～30%，严重时几乎绝收。草地贪夜蛾成虫繁殖倍数高且世代重叠，为害严重，农民见虫就施药，频繁用药，甚至有一季的玉米生长期就用药5次，造成防治成本大、环境污染加重。由于在玉米生产上用药防治的连续性，导致草地贪夜蛾对使用过的药剂产生了抗性。[2]为了验证真菌杀虫剂金龟子绿僵菌COMa421可分散油悬浮剂对玉米草地贪夜蛾防治效果，特进行金龟子绿僵菌COMa421混用不同配比试验，选出具有减量、持效控害效果的混配药剂，为生产上大面积推广应用生物农药提供参考。……
