【摘  要】在大力加强党的建设的新时代背景下，思政工作对民营企业的长足发展起着巨大的推动作用。民营企业党组织是党在企业中的战斗堡垒，在民营企业发展中发挥核心引领作用，是推动企业高速前行的“红色引擎”。因此，企业要不断加强党建思政工作，抓好企业党组织书记这个关键，推动基层党建创新，充分发挥基层党组织的战斗力，聚焦建设先进企业文化，团结凝聚服务员工，维护企业和谐稳定，促进民营企业各项事业健康发展。

【Abstract】Under the background of the new era of vigorously strengthening Party building， ideological and political work plays a huge role in promoting the rapid development of private enterprises. The Party organization of private enterprises is the fighting fortress of the Party in enterprises， plays a core and leading role in the development of private enterprises， and is the "red engine" to promote the rapid development of enterprises. Therefore， the enterprise should constantly strengthen the ideological and political work of Party building， control the key of the secretary of the Party organization in the enterprise， promote the innovation of grassroots Party building， give full play to the combat effectiveness of grassroots Party organization， focus on the construction of advanced enterprise culture， unite， cohesion and service employees， maintain the harmony and stability of the enterprise， and promote the healthy development of various undertakings of private enterprise.

1 引言

毛泽东同志曾经指出，“政治工作是一切经济工作的生命线”[1]。这表明思想政治工作的重要性，提高企业思想政治站位，将思想政治工作放在企业突出位置，能为人们提供正确的、科学的方向指引，是人们在工作、学习及生活中不可缺少的“营养品”。在新冠肺炎疫情的影响下，民营企业充分认识到了党建工作的重要性，党是领导一切的[2]，将公司发展、业务开拓及员工思想政治教育等工作与党建工作高度融合，引导企业爬坡过坎，推动企业复工复产，实现企业质量和经济效益的稳步提升。本文分析了党建政治工作对民营企业发展的重要意义，探讨了当前民营企业思想政治工作中存在的问题，并对此提出相关整改意见，为促进民营企业的思想政治工作迈出关键一步、促使企业高质量发展，也为相关研究人员提供理论参考意见。……
