【摘  要】受到医药化工生产所使用有毒性原料较多、生产条件苛刻、操作空间危险性大等因素影响，火灾、生化等灾害发生机率较大，为保障生产人员生命安全和医药化工行业持续发展，加强医药化工安全生产管理十分必要。论文围绕医药化工生产特征，对当前医药化工安全生产管理存在的先天设计不足、工艺风险大、安全管理意识不高等问题进行细致分析，并从明确管理目标、完善管理体制、采用自动化控制技术、提高工作人员水平等方面入手，提出几点行之有效安全生产管理策略，以供参考。

【Abstract】Influenced by many toxic raw materials， harsh production conditions and high risk of operation space in pharmaceutical and chemical production， the probability of fire， biochemical and other disasters is high. In order to ensure the safety of production personnel and the sustainable development of pharmaceutical chemical industry， it is necessary to strengthen the management of pharmaceutical chemical safety production. Focusing on the characteristics of pharmaceutical chemical production， this paper makes a detailed analysis of the problems existing in the safety production management of pharmaceutical chemical industry， such as lack of innate design， high process risk and low awareness of safety management. And from the clear management objectives， improve the management system， the use of automatic control technology， improve the level of staff and other aspects， the paper puts forward some effective safety production management strategy， for reference.

1 引言

安全生产一直以来都是医药化工管理的重点内容，特别是医药化工生产工艺流程十分复杂，并且一些环节还需要在高温、高压状态下进行，再加上所使用生产原料具有危险性，一旦出现操作不当、把握不严等情况，就极容易引发安全事故，对正常生产和人员安全构成极大威胁，并影响医药化工行业可持续发展。为防止这类问题发生，就要对医药化工安全生产管理工作引起重视，并结合实际生产情况，制定科学合理的安全管理方案，确保整个医药化工生产过程更加安全和高效，在提高医药化工安全生产管理水平的同时，推动其朝着更好的方向迈进[1]。
