【摘  要】随着电力体制改革的深入，供电所的管理工作日趋标准化和规范化。近年来，电网公司出台了一系列管理办法，明确供电所管理的目标。当前，供电所开展管理工作的过程中，需要明确每一个地区的供电需求，减少供电所管理中存在的问题，实现供电所运行质量的提升。论文针对当前供电所规范化管理中存在的问题进行详细分析，并且提出相应对策，希望对相关研究有所帮助。

【Abstract】With the deepening of power system reform， the management work of power supply station is becoming more and more regulated and standardized. In recent years， power grid companies have issued a series of management measures to clarify the management objectives of power supply stations. At present， in the process of management work carried out by the power supply station， it is necessary to clarify the power supply demand of each area， reduce the problems existing in the management of the power supply station， and realize the improvement of the operation quality of the power supply station. This paper makes a detailed analysis of the problems existing in the current standardized management of power supply station， and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures， hoping to be helpful to the relevant research.

1 引言

我国幅员辽阔，每个地区的经济发展水平都存在区别，不同地区的人员结构存在较大差异。当前，供电所的管理质量问题较多，影响了不同地区的正常供电。为此，管理人员需要采用规范化管理，提升供电所的运行规范性，减少供电所存在的问题，提升供电所的运行质量。

2 供电所规范化管理中存在的问题

当前，供電所的管理中存在很多问题，这些问题影响到了供电所的正常运行，同时，也影响了供电流程的进行，本文对其中存在的问题进行简要分析。

2.1 人员素质偏低

当前，供电所缺乏专业的电工人员，很多人员的电工技术水平并不高，因此，在从事供电工作时质量较低。现阶段，很多电工工作中都使用了信息化技术，很多人员仍然缺少电工信息化方面的知识，因此，在进行工作时会出现多种问题。工作人员的综合素质直接关系到电工工作的质量和运行管理的效果。……
