摘 要：随着微时代的来临，“互联网+管理”呈现出新的发展态势。面对“双高”建设任务，如何运用“微文化”做好学生管理工作是当前“双高”院校建设面临的新课题之一。本文以“微文化”为视域，以学生管理工作为基点，以寻求“微路径”为主线，探索“双高”建设院校学生管理工作新路子。

Research on Student Management Informationization of "Double High" Colleges from the Perspective of "Micro Culture"

【Abstract】：With the advent of the micro era， "Internet + management" has shown a new development trend. Facing the task of "double high" construction， how to use "micro-culture" to do a good job in student management is one of the new issues facing the construction of "double high" colleges. This article takes the "micro culture" as the field of vision， takes the student management work as the base point， and seeks the "micro path" as the main line， and explores a new way of "double high" construction college student management work.

2019年，為建设一批引领改革、支撑发展、中国特色、世界水平的高等职业学校和骨干专业（群），我国启动实施了中国特色高水平高等职业学校和专业建设计划，着力培育发展一批高水平职业院校和品牌专业。在“双高”计划建设中，对高职院校的学生管理工作也提出了更好的要求。在信息化飞速发展的时代，如何运用“微文化”做好学生管理工作是当前“双高”建设院校面临的新挑战和新机遇。因此，探索“双高”建设院校学生管理工作的“微路径”显得尤为必要，对开拓学生管理工作新思路有尤为重要的意义。

1“微文化”与“双高”建设院校学生

“微文化”是在当前信息技术发展的前提之下，以微博、微信、微支付、微视频等新鲜事物和平台为主要媒介，强化个体的交互性和微观感受性，重视人与人之间的平等和获得信息等方面的主体价值。“微时代”背景之下，人们愈发重视个体在网络和日常生活之中的心理诉求和个人表达，并将二者充分结合，以各类媒体平台为主要媒介，强化个体与个体之间的交流和互动，并着力打造沟通性更强、层次更加立体的文化交流形态[1]。……
