摘 要：本文从电气公司的实际业务入手，提出了如何开发用于电力客户信用管理的软件系统，并进行相关设计的分析。针对当下电力公司的客户信用管理还存在纸质档案管理形式的问题，以及管理工作繁冗复杂、档案保存无序分散、不能进行全局分析以及管理效率、工作质量低下的实践问题，设想一种管理信息系统，包含客户信用档案管理的数据库，以及标准化客户资料存储、处理等操作的操作系统。

【Abstract】：This article starts with the actual business of the electric company， proposes how to develop a software system for power customer credit management， and analyzes the related design. Aiming at the problems of paper file management in the current customer credit management of power companies， as well as the tedious and complicated management work， the disorderly and scattered file preservation， the inability to conduct global analysis， and the low management efficiency and work quality， imagine a management information The system includes a database for customer credit file management and an operating system for standardized customer data storage and processing operations.

0引言

隨着电力行业的不断改革，电力供应公司的管理要求不断提高。在电力市场商业活动中，客户管理工作继续引入新思想，并不断加强和规范电力客户信用档案的管理，提高营销工作效率和先进的管理水平，从而使信用档案管理更契合电气营销业务的工作。作为直接与客户打交道的市场营销部门，需要提高服务水平为大多数电力客户服务[1]。

1“客户信用管理”综述

在分析客户信用管理系统之前，要先搞清楚什么是客户信用管理。“信用”是一种依赖于“借”与“贷”的特殊形式的价值转移活动，也是商品交易的一种形式。在商品交易和其他经济活动中，贷方完全信任受托人在规定时间内执行合同的能力，以书面合同的形式向受托人进行借款，并确保其能够偿还贷款以及收到相应报酬。……
