【摘    要】在新课改的发展背景下，高中数学要以备课组为主要单元，在凝聚全组智慧的同时将“生本模式”融入其中，为提高备课质量以及教学质量而奠定基础。在本文中则主要从新课改角度出发，分析“生本模式”视角下高中数学如何做好集体备课工作。

How to Construct the "Student-based Model" for Collective Preparation of High School Mathematics under the New Curriculum Reform

【Abstract】In the context of the development of the new curriculum reform， high school mathematics should take the lesson preparation group as the main unit， integrate the "student-based model" into it while condensing the wisdom of the whole group， and lay the foundation for improving the quality of lesson preparation and teaching. In this article， we mainly start from the perspective of the new curriculum reform， and analyze how high school mathematics prepares collectively under the perspective of "student-based model".

从整体角度分析，集体备课能够实现教学目标与教学进度的统一，是教学活动开展的基础。此外，在新课改的背景下，通过集体备课的模式能够充分发挥出集体所带来的作用，由各位教师献计献策，以此解决教学中所存在的问题，这对提高教学质量而言具有推动性。

一、目前高中数学集体备课所存在的问题

（一）学情分析缺乏深入性

毋庸置疑，集体备课过程当中需要对学情进行分析，贴近学生最近发展的实际情况，遵循以人为本的基本原则，从学生的知识能力、接收新知识所存在的问题等方面进行统计分析，方可提高集体备课的有效性。但是现阶段，大多数集体备课教师在备课过程当中缺乏对学生实际情况的重视，仅仅根据教学目标与教学要求进行备课，并没有从学生的角度出发，也没有考虑到每一个班级之间所存在的差异性，从而导致集体备课受到影响与制约。

（二）学法研究缺乏深入性

著名教育学家陶行知曾说：“先生的责任不在教，而在教学生如何学。”所以教师在高中数学教学中并非采取传统教学方式照本宣科即可，而是要让学生掌握基本的解题思路与解题规律，引导学生做到学以致用，提高自身数学水平。……
