【摘    要】自主合作学习模式是一种在课堂教学的过程中能充分突显学生主体地位的学习模式。教师在课堂上积极组织学生以小组合作的方式进行交流和讨论，能让学生的自主学习、思考问题的能力得到有效提升，学生在自主合作学习的过程中，其自主学习能力和综合素质都能得到提升，进而实现全面发展。本文将立足于小学语文教学现状，浅要探讨在小学语文教学中使用自主合作学习方式的策略，以期提高语文教学质量，促进小学生成长。

Thoughts on Independent and Cooperative Learning in Chinese Teaching in Primary Schools

【Abstract】The autonomous cooperative learning model is a learning model that can fully highlight the student's dominant position in the classroom teaching process. Teachers actively organize students to communicate and discuss in the form of group cooperation， which can effectively improve students' independent learning and thinking ability. In the process of independent cooperative learning， students' independent learning ability and comprehensive quality can be achieved. Be promoted to achieve comprehensive development. This article will base on the status quo of Chinese teaching in primary schools， and discuss the strategies of using autonomous cooperative learning methods in primary Chinese teaching in order to improve the quality of Chinese teaching and promote the growth of primary school students.

传统语文教学以教师教学为主，学生被动学习，学习效率相对较低。新课程改革更加重视学生综合素质的提升，对小学语文的教学提出了更高的要求，因此教师应当改变传统教学观念，在实践中不断探索，对自己的教学模式不断改进，切实做到以学生为课堂教学的主体，着重培养其综合能力。

一、小学语文教学中自主合作学习的意义

自主合作学习方式是将班级中的学生分为多个学习小组，课堂上，教师为学习小组布置一定的任务，让学生以课堂小组讨论或是课后小组协作的方式主动对课堂学习的内容进行探究和学习，养成自主学习的习惯。这种学习模式能够有效激发学生的学习兴趣，提高小学语文课堂的活跃度。教师在小学语文教学中积极引导学生采用自主合作学习方式，主动对真理进行探索，不僅能够促进学生的思维发展，提高其自主学习能力和创新能力，还能够让学生在小组讨论的过程中加强团队合作交流，形成协作学习的意识，对学生未来的整体发展都有着积极意义。……
