【摘    要】小学道德和法治教育，是小学阶段非常重要的课程，是提高广大小学生思想道德和法制意识的重要教育工作。认真探索小学阶段如何开展道德和法治教育，是小学教育体系的重要组成部分。小学阶段是培养学生正确的思想道德观念和法制观念的黄金时期，对此，教师必须正确地指导和教育学生，帮助学生在人生的早期阶段形成正确的世界观、人生观和价值观。

A Study on the Effective Combination Strategy of Primary School Morality and Legal Education

【Abstract】Primary school ethics and legal education are very important courses at the elementary level， and it is an important educational work to improve the ideological， moral and legal awareness of students of all sizes. Seriously exploring how to carry out moral and legal education at the elementary level is an important part of the elementary education system. The primary school stage is the golden period for cultivating students' correct ideological and moral concepts and legal concepts. In this regard， teachers must correctly guide and educate students to help students form correct ideological， outlook on life and values in the early stages of life.

小学道德与法治教育的有效结合，对提高小学生的思想道德和法律意识有着积极意义。对小学生进行道德与法治教育，是教育工作的一大重点。但是小学生道德和法治教育工作具有难点，教师要从教育内容和教学实践等方面，利用不同教学方法来提高教学质量。

一、当前小学道德与法治教育存在的问题

（一）教师知识储备不够

作为一名长期担任小学道德与法制课的教师，除了教学要求的基本知识以外，自身还要有磅礴的人文知识和历史知识。小学道德与法制课所涉知识广泛，很多教师由于自身专业知识和人文、历史知识的匮乏，在道德和法制课堂上只对学生讲授对与错，这导致道德和法治教育失去了应有的作用，使丰富多彩的课堂教育也失去了活力，课堂枯燥无味，学生学习效率不高。

（二）无法联系实际

传统的小学道德与法治教育教学方式的弊端之一是，教师对学生只进行单向的知识输入，造成课堂枯燥无聊。……
