【摘    要】德育是幼儿教育工作中一个非常重要的组成部分。在教学中，教师要对幼儿德育工作开展中存在的问题要进行分析和整理，针对德育的重要性积极找到相应的对策，指导德育工作更顺利地开展。笔者结合在幼儿教学工作中的一些经验，提出新德育教学策略，为做好幼儿德育工作提供参考。

Teaching Strategies of Moral Education in Kindergartens in the New Era

【Abstract】Moral education is a very important part of early childhood education. In teaching， teachers should analyze and sort out the problems existing in the development of moral education for children， and actively find corresponding countermeasures for the importance of moral education to guide the development of moral education more smoothly. Combining some experience in preschool teaching work， the author puts forward a new moral education teaching strategy to provide reference for doing a good job in preschool moral education.

幼儿天性活泼好动，心智还在发育当中，脑海中还没有形成价值观念、道德标准层面的内容，这也就要求教师必须从幼儿开始抓起，帮助幼儿养成良好的道德品质，树立正确的价值观念。幼儿的行为活动具有不确定性，这就要求教师针对幼儿行为特点，对幼儿行为进行科学的引导和规范，帮助幼儿实现身心健康成长。随着新德育理念的提出，教学活动注重围绕课程、文化、活动、实践、管理、协同六个方面进行科学育人，期望从私德、公德、大德教育三个层面实现全方位育人。目前，教育界在进行一系列的有效促进幼儿教师开展德育工作的研究，现我结合工作实践，谈谈开展新德育工作的一些心得。

一、开导幼儿，培养幼儿性格

班级里边有一个叫洋洋的孩子，平时表现得很安静、不爱说话，也不爱与其他人一起玩耍，经常带着自己的玩具一个人玩。有一天，幼儿们陆陆续续来到了幼儿园，教室一下子热闹了起来。洋洋带着自己的玩具一个人坐在桌子旁边，不跟别的幼儿玩。……
