【摘    要】近年来，德育工作逐渐成为教学工作的重点内容之一，班主任又是教育过程中的一线工作者，所以身上担着很大的责任。而微信作为当前人们最常用的交流工具之一，如何利用微信进行初中德育工作，成为困扰每一个班主任的难题。基于以上问题，笔者将从德育工作入手，就如何利用微信工具进行初中德育工作展开讨论，为今后的初中德育工作研究提供相应的参考。

How to Use WeChat to Carry out the Moral Education Work of Junior High School Teachers

【Abstract】In recent years， moral education work has gradually become one of the key contents of teaching work， and the head teacher is also the front-line worker in the education process， so he bears great responsibilities. As one of the most commonly used communication tools， how to use WeChat to carry out moral education in junior high schools has become a problem that plagues every class teacher. Based on the above questions， the author will start with moral education and discuss how to use WeChat tools to conduct junior high school moral education work， and provide a corresponding reference for future junior high school moral education work research.

在教书育人工作中，德育工作是其中最重要的环节，也是教学工作的灵魂所在。德育工作的最终目标是帮助全体学生培养出自己正确的思想观念与优秀的品格，为学生将来的学习发展及日常生活提供正确的引导。

一、初中阶段德育工作中出现的问题

德育工作的重要性不言而喻，良好的德育可以让学生形成良好的世界观与价值观，促进学生全面发展，弘扬中华民族的优秀传统文化。培养学生的首要工作，就是对学生进行德育。身为学校与学生之间沟通的主要桥梁，班主任在这个阶段中担负的责任是最大的。因此，班主任要在德育工作中不断探索与发掘，找出当前初中生德育工作中已经出现的或可能存在的问题，并且根据问题提出相应的解决办法。

有些学校就算会按时开展德育活动，但是由于对德育的认知过于浅显，认为德育工作就是简单的思想教育，因此会导致学校的德育工作开展得过于浅显，还可能导致学校的德育工作开展不规范，甚至出现错误的德育思想指导。……
