季节性冻土区模袋混凝土渠道冻胀特征及防冻胀技术

摘 要:为探明季节性冻土区模袋混凝土衬砌渠道冻胀特征,提出模袋混凝土渠道防冻胀技术,在内蒙古河套灌区模袋混凝土渠道开展了聚苯乙烯板防冻胀试验研究。通过原型渠道冻胀试验得出:在8 cm模袋混凝土基础上分别增加4 cm和7 cm模袋混凝土后,阴坡下部1/3处最大冻胀量削减率分别为17.32%和39.55%,阳坡下部1/3处最大冻胀量削减率分别为17.23%和41.23%;在8 cm模袋混凝土基础上分别铺设4 cm和12 cm聚苯乙烯板后,阴坡、阳坡下部1/3处最大冻胀量削减率分别为51.7%、89.5%和48.7%、90.5%。8 cm模袋混凝土条件下铺设12 cm聚苯乙烯板处理和15 cm模袋混凝土条件下铺设6 cm聚苯乙烯板处理均无残余变形,其他处理均出现不同程度的残余变形(0.2~1.8 cm)。渠道边坡下部1/3处的冻胀量最大,渠坡上部1/3处的冻胀量最小。

Abstract: In order to find out the frost heaving characteristics of bagged concrete canal in seasonal frozen soil area and put forward the anti-frost heaving technology of bagged concrete canal, the experiment of preventing frost heaving of putting polystyrene board was carried out in Hetao irrigation area of Inner Mongolia. According to the frost heaving test of prototype canal, after adding 4 cm and 7 cm to the 8 cm bagged concrete, the reduction rates of the maximum frost heaving amount at the bottom 1/3 of the shady slope are 17.32% and 39.55% respectively, the reduction rates of the maximum frost heaving amount at the bottom 1/3 of the sunny slope are 17.23% and 41.23% respectively. After laying 4 cm and 12 cm polystyrene board on the base of 8 cm bagged concrete, the reduction rates of the maximum frost heaving amount at 1/3 of shade slope and sunny slope are 51.7%, 89.5% and 48.7%, 90.5% respectively. The residual deformation of 0.2-1.8 cm is found in the other treatment, but the treatments of laying 12 cm polystyrene under 8cm bagged concrete and laying 6 cm polystyrene under 15 cm bagged concrete which have no residual deformities. The maximum frost heave amount is located at the lower 1/3 canal slope and the minimum frost heave amount is located at the upper 1/3 canal slope.

內蒙古河套灌区地势平坦,土壤以轻质壤土和粉质黏土为主,属中温带干旱气候区,地处季节性冻土地区,冬季寒冷少雪,夏季炎热少雨。渠道灌溉是河套灌区农牧业灌溉的主要方式。近年来,模袋混凝土作为一种新型衬砌材料在港口航道、河道以及渠道的护坡与防渗工程中广泛应用[1-9],在河套灌区骨干渠道衬砌工程中也得到了大面积推广[10]。内蒙古河套灌区渠道衬砌中应用模袋混凝土厚度以8 cm、12 cm和15 cm为主,衬砌形式以预制U形槽、梯形断面弧形渠底、梯形断面弧形坡脚以及梯形断面为主。……
