摘  要：实践教学是应用型人才培养的核心环节，为满足面向工程素质和创新能力导向下民办本科院校实践课程体系构建需要，本文针对目前实践教学现状进行分析，提出了实践课程“343”教学体系并对体系构建与应用进行研究，通过改革人才培养目标，创新人才培养模式，重构实践教学课程体系等，有效解决了学生培养过程中，培养目标不确定，自主选择性不强，学习方向不明确和实践环节不落实的问题，意在兼顾基础知识与专业知识的教育，增强学生综合素质，有效提升学生的就业率和对岗位的适应能力。

Construction and Research on the "343" Teaching System of Practice Courses in Applied Undergraduate Colleges under the Guidance of Engineering Quality and Innovation Ability

Abstract： Practice teaching is the core link of applied talents training. In order to meet the needs of the construction of practice curriculum system in private colleges and universities under the guidance of engineering quality and innovation ability， this paper analyzes the current situation of practice teaching， puts forward the "343" teaching system of practice curriculum， and studies the construction and application of the system. The reconstruction of practical teaching curriculum system effectively solves the problems of uncertain training objectives， weak autonomy and selectivity， unclear learning direction and unfulfilled practice links in the process of students' training. It aims to give consideration to the education of basic knowledge and professional knowledge， enhance students' comprehensive quality， and effectively improve students' employment rate and adaptability to posts.

隨着社会生产水平的不断提高，我们国家逐步实现由制造大国向制造强国发展的战略目标，进一步明确了民办应用型本科院校在人才培养方面肩负的重要使命，对人才培养提出了新要求。传统实践教学课程以教师为中心的理念，造成了教学内容局限、模式僵化、方法陈旧、评价手段单一等问题日益凸显。民办本科院校工科专业原实践课程体系已无法满足新工科背景下大学生的工程素质与创新能力培养的多样化需求。

1  现有实践教学平台存在的问题

实践教学直接关系到应用型人才培养的质量，但是目前应用型本科院校专业实践教学，一般借鉴或照搬传统工科专业的教学模式，缺少以学校整体人才培养模式为主导构建的符合本专业特色的实践教学体系。……
