摘  要：顶岗实习是坚持以就业为导向、创新“工学结合”人才培养模式、提高高素质技能型人才培养质量的重要环节。顶岗实习有效地促进产教融合和校企协同育人，达成专业人才培养目标。本文分析了农牧类学生特点和顶岗实习中遇到的问题，以创新创业实践能力提升为导向，提出了相应管理策略和建议，旨在发挥顶岗实习在创新创业型人才培养中的重要作用。

Exploration on Internship Management of Improving Students' Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ability in Higher Vocational Colleges of Agriculture and Animal Husbandry

Abstract： Internship is an important link to adhere to the employment oriented， innovate the "combination of working and learning" talent training mode， and improve the quality of high-quality skilled personnel training. Internship can effectively promote the integration of production and education and school enterprise collaborative education， and achieve the goal of professional talent training. This paper analyzes the characteristics of agri-animal husbandry students and the problems encountered in the internship， and puts forward the corresponding management strategies and suggestions based on the promotion of innovation and entrepreneurship practice ability， aiming at giving play to the important role of internship in the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents.

2019年，國务院下发《国家职业教育改革实施方案》（国发[2019]4号），要求推动校企全面加强深度合作，指出职业院校应当根据自身特点和人才培养需要，主动与具备条件的企业在人才培养、技术创新、就业创业、社会服务、文化传承等方面开展合作，坚持“知行合一、工学结合”是校企合作人才培养的特点和关键。农业类高职院校普遍试行“2.5+0.5”的教学计划，执行顶岗实习模式，在完成校内理实课程、技能训练的基础上，以企业“员工”身份赴企业集中进行半年的生产顶岗实习，顶岗实习是高职专业人才培养教学活动中的重要组成部分，是提高专业人才培养质量的教学环节，是培养良好职业道德、劳动精神、职业技能、创新创业能力的重要途径。在实施乡村振兴战略的背景下，农业高职院校的重要职责和使命就是培养“懂农业、爱农村、爱农民”和“有文化、懂技术、善经营、会管理”的创新创业新型人才队伍[1]。……
